Poudee Weighted Vest 20LB — Adjustable Breathable Training Vest with Reflective Stripe

Poudee 20LB Weighted Vest is a breathable, adjustable weight vest that adds up to 20 pounds of evenly distributed resistance for running, strength training, and everyday workouts.

Whether you want to intensify bodyweight exercises, increase running resistance, or add load to hikes and walks, this adjustable vest delivers steady weight in a low-profile package. Built with breathable materials, reinforced stitching and a reflective stripe, the Poudee vest is engineered to feel secure while preserving mobility and visibility outdoors.

How does the vest change my training sessions?

Adding external load forces your muscles and cardiovascular system to work harder without changing exercise technique. The Poudee vest lets you progress gradually by using the full 20 lb or removing part of the load to match your fitness level.

• 20 lb maximum load adjustable to your needs.
• Even iron-sand filling prevents shifting during movement.
• Works with running, walking, bodyweight drills, and interval training.

Is the vest comfortable for long runs or high-intensity sets?

The Poudee vest is designed for extended wear with breathable fabric and wide adjustable straps that keep it snug without pinching. Its balanced weight distribution minimizes hotspots so you can maintain range of motion for dynamic movements.

• Breathable materials reduce heat buildup.
• Adjustable straps secure a custom fit for different body shapes.
• Low-profile design stays close to the torso for easier movement.

How durable and safe is the construction?

Reinforced stitching and robust fabric make this vest suitable for frequent use, while the packed iron-sand inserts stay contained for consistent resistance. The reflective stripe adds visibility for outdoor sessions at dawn or dusk.

• High-quality construction resists wear from repeated workouts.
• Sealed compartments hold iron sand securely to prevent shifting.
• Reflective stripe improves visibility for outdoor training.

How do I choose fit and use the weight effectively?

Start with a lighter load to adapt to added resistance, then increase weight as strength and endurance improve. Use the adjustable straps to position the vest comfortably across the chest and back so weight sits close to your body.

• Begin with small increments — add a few pounds at a time.
• Lock straps to eliminate bounce during running or jumping.
• Distribute load evenly and check fit before intense sets.

Who is this for: The Poudee 20LB Weighted Vest is for active men and women who want to intensify walks, runs, hikes, CrossFit and bodyweight workouts without bulky equipment. It's suited to exercisers seeking progressive overload, athletes wanting sport-specific conditioning, or anyone who prefers portable, wearable resistance. Avoid use if you have joint or spine conditions without professional guidance; adjust load sensibly and prioritize proper form.
