Posture Digital Smart Bathroom Scale — Black, 13-Measure Body Composition Analyzer, App-Sync Weight & BMI up to 400 lb

The Posture Scale is a digital smart bathroom scale that measures weight plus 13 body-composition metrics and syncs results to the Fitdays app for ongoing progress tracking.

This compact black smart scale combines high-precision sensors with bioelectrical impedance analysis to deliver a broader view of your body beyond simple weight. Designed for home use, it records weight, BMI, body fat and more, then uploads historical data to the Fitdays app where you can review trends, create profiles for family members, and export results to popular health platforms.

What measurements does this scale provide?

The Posture Scale reports 13 essential body-composition values based on electrical bio-impedance and calibrated sensor inputs. You’ll get immediate readings on weight and BMI along with estimates for fat, water, muscle, BMR and a calculated body age so you can see multiple aspects of your health at a glance.

• Weight with 0.2 lb / 100 g divisions and up to 400 lb (180 kg) capacity
• BMI, body fat percentage, subcutaneous fat and body water
• Muscle mass, protein, basal metabolic rate (BMR) and body age estimates
• Historical syncing to Fitdays app for trend charts and long-term tracking

How accurate and reliable are the readings?

Accuracy relies on four precision sensors and four electrodes built into the platform; the scale displays fine increments and includes low-power and overload indicators. For best consistency, use the scale on a hard, level floor, bare feet, and under similar conditions each time you weigh.

• High-sensitivity electrodes for stable bio-impedance signals
• 0.2 lb / 100 g divisions with step-on auto-detect functionality
• Includes 3x AAA batteries and has overload and low-battery alerts
• Recommended use: same time of day and clothing level for trend accuracy

How does syncing and multi-user tracking work?

Download the free Fitdays app for iOS or Android to link the scale via Bluetooth and automatically upload each weigh-in. Fitdays supports up to 24 individual profiles on one scale and can forward data to Apple Health, Google Health Connect, and Samsung Health so you can centralize metrics from multiple devices.

• Automatic Bluetooth sync after successful phone-scale pairing
• Unlimited profile creation locally; up to 24 active user profiles
• Integration with Apple Health, Health Connect and Samsung Health
• Detailed trend charts and historical export for long-term monitoring

What should I expect when setting it up and using it daily?

Setup is straightforward: install AAA batteries, place the scale on a flat surface, and download Fitdays to connect your phone. Step onto the scale barefoot to get instant readings; the app will save each entry so you can compare daily, weekly or monthly changes without manual logging.

• Plug-and-play batteries included for immediate use
• Step-on technology for quick, hassle-free weighing
• Clear digital display with simple indicators for battery and overload
• Store the scale upright or low-profile in your bathroom or bedroom

Who is this for? The Posture Scale is aimed at people who want more context than weight alone — fitness enthusiasts, families who track multiple members, and anyone who prefers app-based history and cross-platform syncing. It’s suited for users seeking an affordable, app-connected body-composition monitor with clear trend visualization rather than clinical-grade diagnostic testing.
