Post-it Pop-up Notes 3 x 3 in Poptimistic 18-Pack — 1,800 Sheets, Dispenser-Ready

Post-it Pop-up Notes, 3 x 3 inches in the Poptimistic Collection, are accordion-style dispenser notes sold as an 18-pad cabinet pack with 100 sheets per pad for easy, colorful reminders.

These Post-it Dispenser Notes are designed to sit in a desktop or wall dispenser so a single sheet pops up ready for writing. The bright Poptimistic color palette helps messages stand out at a glance, making these pads useful for quick reminders, checklists, planner annotations, and team communication. Each sheet uses a specially formulated adhesive that sticks to paper and planner pages while removing cleanly when needed. The pads are recyclable and printed on paper from certified, renewable forests.

How do these Post-it Pop-up Notes work with dispensers?

Accordion-style notes are pre-folded and stacked so one sheet pops up when the previous sheet is removed, keeping a single note accessible at all times. They’re cut and folded to feed smoothly through standard Post-it dispensers or compatible dispensers from other brands. The pop-up action speeds up note-taking and keeps your workspace tidy.

• Pre-folded, dispenser-ready design for one-handed use
• Consistent pop-up delivery to reduce fumbles
• Fits standard Post-it Note Dispensers and many third-party dispensers

Will the adhesive work in my planner or on different paper?

The adhesive on these Post-it notes is formulated to stick reliably to paper surfaces, including planner pages, envelopes, and file folders, without leaving heavy residue. It’s strong enough to hold short-term reminders yet designed for clean removal. For long-term placement, press firmly and avoid high-heat or greasy surfaces.

• Unique adhesive optimized for paper and planners
• Holds notes in place but removes cleanly from most papers
• Not intended for heavy-duty outdoor or long-term exposure

What comes in the 18-pad cabinet pack and how is it eco-conscious?

The cabinet pack delivers 18 pads with 100 sheets per pad, totaling 1,800 sheets of pop-up notes in vibrant Poptimistic colors. This bulk format is convenient for stocking supply closets, classrooms, or busy desks where frequent notes are used. Post-it notes in this pack are recyclable, and the paper is sourced from forests managed for renewal and sustainability.

• 18 pads per pack, 100 sheets per pad (1,800 sheets total)

The compact 3 x 3 size is ideal for short messages without taking up much space, and the pop-up dispenser keeps a sheet ready during quick tasks.
