Polaroid Color Film for 600 Cameras — 8-Photo Pack, Instant Color Prints with Built-in Battery

Polaroid Color Film for 600 delivers eight authentic instant color photos with the signature white border, compatible with vintage 600 models and i-Type cameras.

Bring back the tactile thrill of instant photography with Polaroid's Color Film for 600 cameras. Each pack contains a built-in battery so it powers older 600-series cameras while also working seamlessly with modern i-Type OneStep models. The film produces textured, one-of-a-kind images that develop before your eyes — just wait and watch the iconic colors emerge.

How does this film behave during development?

Photos appear blank when they eject and gradually reveal color and contrast over about 10–15 minutes. Shield newly ejected frames from direct light and lay them face down or in a dark pocket to encourage even development. Variations in temperature and light can change tones and grain, contributing to the analog character of each shot.

• Images fully appear within roughly 15 minutes.
• Avoid bright direct light immediately after ejection for more even results.
• Warmer temperatures speed development; colder conditions slow it down.

Which cameras work with Polaroid 600 film?

This film is built to be backward compatible with classic Polaroid 600-family cameras and also functions in many modern i-Type OneStep cameras. Each pack includes a small power cell so older cameras without internal batteries can still operate. Check your camera model to confirm mechanical compatibility.

• Designed for Polaroid 600, Impulse, and SLR680 models.
• Also compatible with i-Type OneStep cameras (no battery dependency required).
• Comes with a power source inside every film pack for vintage bodies.

What lighting and shooting tips produce the best color results?

Polaroid instant color film responds well to bright, even lighting; shoot outdoors or in sunlit interiors for the richest hues. When light is low, use the camera's flash to reduce blur and balance exposure. Embrace imperfections—light leaks, color shifts, and texture are part of the medium's charm.

• Prefer bright daylight or strong indoor lighting for vivid color.
• Use flash in dim conditions to freeze motion and boost exposure.
• Experiment with backlit scenes and close-ups for creative effects.

How many exposures and what format do I get per pack?

Each pack contains eight individually framed color photos in the classic Polaroid square with a white border. The film's format produces tactile prints with tangible grain and subtle variations — no two frames are identical. This makes every shot a single, physical keepsake rather than a reproducible digital file.

• Eight instant color photos per film pack.
• Classic white-frame Polaroid format with textured finish.
• Each print is a unique analog object with natural variation.

Who is this for? Photographers and memory-keepers who value analog unpredictability, collectors of vintage Polaroid cameras, or anyone wanting physical instant prints will appreciate this film. It suits beginners experimenting with instant format and seasoned shooters chasing film character alike. If you own a 600-series camera or an i-Type OneStep and enjoy hands-on image creation, this film is made to supply moments you can hold and share.
