PILOT FriXion Clicker Erasable Gel Pen — 0.7mm Fine Black, Retractable & Refillable

The PILOT FriXion Clicker 0.7mm is a retractable, refillable erasable gel pen that writes smoothly in black and erases cleanly without damaging the paper.

Perfect for note-taking, planning, and everyday corrections, this pen uses thermo-sensitive gel ink that disappears with friction, letting you correct mistakes instantly. The slim 0.7mm fine point balances crisp, legible lines with a smooth flow, while the retractable clicker and integrated eraser keep your desk clutter-free. Backed by PILOT’s long history of penmaking, the FriXion Clicker brings pencil-like flexibility and a professional look in one tool.

How does the FriXion Clicker make editing my notes easier?

The FriXion Clicker erases with heat generated by friction, so ink vanishes cleanly and you can rewrite in the same spot immediately. That means fewer cross-outs and tidier notebooks or planners. Because the eraser tip won’t crumble, corrections stay neat and controlled.

• Thermo-sensitive gel ink erases via friction heat
• Integrated eraser tip stays intact without crumbs
• 0.7mm fine point preserves clarity for dense notes

Is this pen durable and cost-effective for daily use?

Yes — the FriXion Clicker is retractable to protect the tip, and it accepts refill cartridges to extend the life of the pen body. That reduces plastic waste and keeps long-term costs down. Its consistent ink flow minimizes skipping, so you use less ink over time.

• Retractable click mechanism protects the point
• Refillable gel ink cartridges available from PILOT
• Designed for dependable, skip-free writing

Will the erased area look damaged or leave residue?

Unlike erasing graphite, the FriXion process removes ink cleanly without tearing or thinning the paper. The eraser tip is constructed to avoid leaving crumbs, keeping pages tidy. Note that the ink is thermo-sensitive, so extreme heat can make erased ink reappear.

• Erase cleanly without paper abrasion
• Soft eraser tip avoids crumb residue
• Erased ink may return if exposed to high temperatures

How fine is the 0.7mm tip for writing and planning?

The 0.7mm fine point produces clear, readable lines that are ideal for planners, journals, and detailed note-taking. It’s fine enough for compact writing but wide enough to maintain a smooth flow. Use it for lists, annotations, and professional documents where neatness matters.

• 0.7mm tip balances detail and ink flow
• Produces legible, consistent lines for small handwriting
• Works well across notebooks, planners, and forms
