Will it fit in a car seat or airplane lap and stay secure?

The tray is designed to sit comfortably on a child’s lap and secure to booster seats thanks to wide Velcro straps and a heavy-duty buckle; its extra-high side walls help contain spills and toys. A padded shoulder strap and compact dimensions make it simple to carry onto a plane or stow in the vehicle.
