Phomemo 241BT Bluetooth 4x6 Thermal Shipping Label Printer - Wireless USB, Fast 150mm/s

Designed for small businesses, home offices, and marketplace sellers, the Phomemo 241BT combines thermal direct printing with multi-platform compatibility so you can produce crisp black-and-white shipping labels, barcodes, and QR codes without ink or toner. It works with iOS and Android phones through the Labelife app and connects to Windows, macOS, Chrome OS, and Linux via USB (driver required). Fast output and support for standard label widths make it a practical choice for daily fulfillment tasks.

How do I print from my phone or tablet?

Printing from a phone or tablet uses the Labelife app as the gateway to the 241BT. After installing the app, enable Bluetooth, pair with the printer inside the app, pick a template or upload a file, and tap print — it’s designed to be straightforward for mobile workflows.

• Download Labelife from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Turn on the 241BT and enable your device’s Bluetooth.
• Open the app, tap the printer icon, select 241BT, choose paper size and content, then print.

Can I use this with my laptop or desktop?

Yes — the 241BT supports PC printing through a USB connection. Install the correct driver for your operating system from Phomemo’s support site, connect the printer with the included USB cable, and select 241BT from your print menu to output labels from desktop applications or shipping platforms.

• Download drivers at labelife.net/pm241 for Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Chrome OS users can add the Labelife extension from the Chrome Web Store.
• Once installed, choose 241BT in your printer list and print directly from shipping pages.

What label sizes and printing types does it handle?

The 241BT supports label widths from 1 inch up to 4.6 inches and is optimized for standard 4x6 shipping labels. It prints in monochrome using direct thermal technology, so no ink or toner is required; for color labels, thermal color media must be purchased separately.

• Compatible with 4x6, narrow labels, barcode and QR code formats.
• Prints up to 150 mm/s — about 72 4x6 labels per minute under typical conditions.
• Best results when used with genuine Phomemo thermal labels for longevity.

What support and maintenance should I expect?

Phomemo offers technical support via live chat, email, and phone during scheduled hours, and can assist with setup or remote troubleshooting. Regularly use approved thermal labels, keep the print head clean, and update drivers or the Labelife app to maintain consistent print quality.

• Phone support available Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00 EST; email/live chat evening EST.
• Includes driver downloads and setup instructions at labelife.net/pm241.
• Thermal prints require minimal maintenance — avoid abrasive cleaning materials.
