Panasonic Ear & Nose Hair Trimmer ER-GN70-K (Black) – Dual-Edge Blades, Built-In Vacuum, Wet/Dry

The Panasonic ER-GN70-K is a cordless ear, nose and eyebrow trimmer that pairs dual-edge hypoallergenic blades with a built-in micro-vacuum for fast, comfortable trimming and easy clean-up.

This compact groomer combines a high-speed motor and safety-focused cutter design to remove unwanted nasal and ear hair, tidy brows, and neaten stray facial hairs without pulling. The angled body and slim profile fit comfortably in the hand, and its waterproof construction means you can rinse the tip under running water. Powered by two AAA batteries, it offers a portable trimming solution for home use and while traveling.

How does the ER-GN70-K cut hair without tugging or pulling?

Panasonic matched a high-velocity motor with dual-edge inner and outer blades so hair is sheared smoothly rather than dragged. The safety cone prevents direct blade-to-skin contact while the blades trim at multiple angles for clean results.

• 9400 cuts per minute motor for steady cutting power
• Dual-edge hypoallergenic blades cut top and sides of hairs
• Contoured safety cone shields skin from blades

Will it handle thick, coarse hair and different grooming needs?

Yes — the unit’s powerful motor and blade geometry are designed to tackle both fine and coarse hairs. Beyond nose and ear trimming, you can use it to shape eyebrows and remove stray facial hairs, wet or dry, for versatile grooming.

• Effective on coarse and fine hair types
• Wet/dry use lets you trim during or after a shower
• Suitable for nose, ear, brows, and small facial areas

How does the vacuum and cleaning system simplify maintenance?

The integrated micro-vacuum captures cut hairs as you trim, reducing countertop mess and easing disposal. When it’s time to clean, place the tip under warm running water and power the unit to activate the Vortex cleaning action that flushes clippings from the head.

• Built-in vacuum collects clippings while trimming
• Vortex rinse system cleans blades and head under running water
• Detachable tip and water-safe body rinse clean quickly

How long does the battery last and is the trimmer travel-friendly?

Operating on two AAA batteries (not included), the ER-GN70-K provides around 40 minutes of cordless use — ample for multiple touch-ups. Its slim, lightweight profile and battery power make it easy to pack for trips without needing a charger.

• Runs on two AAA batteries for cordless convenience
• Approximately 40 minutes of runtime per battery set
• Compact, slim design ideal for luggage or toiletry bags

It’s particularly useful for travelers, people who prefer wet/dry grooming, and those wanting a gentle, hypoallergenic cutting surface that reduces pulling and skin irritation.
