PackIt Freezable Classic Lunch Box — Black soft-sided insulated lunch bag with built-in gel walls, collapsible and BPA-free

PackIt Freezable Classic Lunch Box in Black is a soft-sided lunch bag with built-in freezing gel walls that chill food for hours without separate ice packs.

This PackIt Classic model (pkt-21023) combines a freezer-ready interior with everyday durability so you can pack fresh meals, snacks and drinks and keep them cool through the day. Designed for easy storage, safe materials and hands-free carrying, it replaces loose gel packs and bulky coolers while fitting into backpacks or carrying on its own.

How does the built-in cooling system work?

The lunch box has freezeable gel integrated into its walls so the pack itself becomes the cold source after a full freeze. Place the bag flat in your freezer overnight; the walls solidify and then slowly release cold to maintain low temperature inside for hours.

• Freeze flat for about 12 hours to fully solidify gel-lined walls.
• Eliminates separate ice packs—no extra pieces to lose or forget.
• Provides even cooling around stored food for longer freshness.

Can I fit full meals, drinks and extras inside?

Yes—PackIt's Classic shape opens wide for quick top-load packing and organizes essentials. The main compartment holds containers and snacks, while exterior pockets keep a water bottle and small items within reach.

• Large zip-top opening speeds packing and seals in cool air.
• Mesh side pocket fits an 8 oz bottle, utensils or snacks.
• Exterior zip pocket stores ID, napkins or wipes securely.

Is the lunch box safe and easy to maintain?

The Classic is made from food-safe, water-resistant materials and designed for simple cleaning. Interior surfaces can be wiped clean and the exterior requires only spot cleaning, so daily maintenance is quick and hygienic.

• Made from non-toxic poly canvas with food-safe lining.
• Free from PVC, BPA, phthalates, formaldehyde and lead.
• Wipe-clean interior and spot-clean exterior for simple care.

How portable is it for school, work or outdoor use?

The PackIt Classic balances insulation with portability: it collapses flat for freezer storage and includes features for hands-free carrying. A buckle handle clips to bags while the lightweight form is suitable for commuting, picnics or short hikes.

• Collapses flat when not in use—great for freezer and cupboard storage.
• Buckle handle attaches to backpacks, messenger bags, or belts.
• Lightweight design works for students, commuters and day-trippers.

Who this lunch box is for: The PackIt Freezable Classic Lunch Box in Black is ideal for anyone who prefers fresh homemade meals on the go—parents packing school lunches, office workers needing reliable midday cooling, outdoor enthusiasts on day trips, and people with dietary needs who want to avoid cross-contamination.
