Oxbow Garden Select Adult Rabbit Food — 8 lb High-Fiber Timothy, Orchard Grass & Oat Pellets for Digestive & Dental Health

Oxbow Garden Select Adult Rabbit Food is a high-fiber, uniform pellet formula with timothy, orchard grass and oat hay designed to provide complete nutrition and reduce selective feeding for adult rabbits.

Crafted for adult rabbits who prefer a savory, garden-inspired flavor, this 8 lb bag combines three grass hays into a consistent pellet so every bite delivers balanced nutrients. The scent and taste are developed to entice picky eaters while the uniform pellet form prevents nibbling around important ingredients. Formulated with guidance from veterinarians and nutritionists, this product focuses on fiber-first nutrition and simple, non-GMO ingredients made in the USA.

How does Garden Select support daily digestive health?

The recipe emphasizes long-strand fiber sources—timothy, orchard grass and oat hay—so rabbits receive the type of roughage their digestive systems evolved to process. Regular intake of these grasses helps maintain normal gut motility and encourages proper dental wear through chewing activity.

• High total fiber content from three grass hays for consistent roughage
• Pellet form discourages selective feeding and ensures balanced intake
• Encourages natural chewing that supports dental health

Will picky adult rabbits accept the flavor and texture?

Garden Select was formulated with a savory herbal aroma and garden-like flavor profile to appeal to choosy eaters. The consistent pellet size keeps texture predictable, helping hesitant rabbits transition to a complete diet without loosing nutrients to selective eating.

• Garden-inspired mix of grasses and subtle herbal notes to increase palatability
• Uniform pellets eliminate the ability to pick favorite bits
• Suitable for gradual introduction alongside familiar hay

What makes this formula different from mixed or muesli-style feeds?

Unlike muesli blends, which allow rabbits to sort and eat only preferred pieces, Oxbow Garden Select uses uniform pellets so each mouthful is nutritionally complete. The focused ingredient list highlights forage-based fiber sources rather than a variety of seeds or fillers.

• All pellets contain the same nutrient profile to prevent dietary imbalance
• Three grass hays included to mimic natural foraging variety while keeping consistency
• Non-GMO ingredients and USA manufacture for traceable sourcing

How should I feed and transition my rabbit to this food?

Introduce Garden Select gradually over 7–10 days by mixing increasing amounts with your rabbit’s current pellet to reduce digestive upset. Always provide unlimited grass hay and fresh water; pellets should complement—not replace—hay in an adult rabbit’s diet.

• Start with a 75/25 mix (old/new) and shift toward 100% Garden Select over a week
• Offer measured pellet portions according to body weight and activity
• Keep unlimited timothy or orchard grass hay available at all times
