OWYN Only What You Need Dark Chocolate Protein Shake is a shelf-stable, 100% plant-based ready-to-drink shake delivering 20 g of vegan protein per bottle.

This ready-to-drink shake blends pea and organic pumpkin seed proteins with organic flax oil, superfood greens and prebiotics to support daily nutrition without dairy, soy or gluten. Packaged in a convenient 12-count, each chocolate-flavored bottle is designed for on-the-go fueling, recovery after workouts, or as an easy protein boost during busy days.

How much protein and which protein sources are used?

Each serving provides 20 grams of plant-based protein sourced mainly from pea protein and organic pumpkin seed. The protein blend supplies all nine essential amino acids and naturally occurring branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) to help meet daily protein needs.

• 20 grams of protein per bottle
• Primary sources: pea protein and organic pumpkin seed
• Complete amino acid profile including naturally occurring BCAAs

What else is inside the shake beyond protein?

OWYN adds an organic flax oil blend for plant-based omega-3s plus a mix of superfood greens—kale, broccoli and spinach—along with prebiotic fiber to support digestion and nutrient variety. The formula avoids artificial colors, flavors and preservatives while keeping sugar low.

• Superfood greens from kale, broccoli and spinach
• Organic flax oil for omega-3 fats
• Prebiotic fiber and low sugar (4 g organic cane sugar)

Is this safe for food sensitivities and travel?

The shake is free from dairy, soy, gluten, peanuts and tree nuts, and carries Non-GMO Project Verified and kosher attributes. It’s shelf-stable so you can store and transport it without refrigeration until opened, making it practical for travel, office desks or gym bags.

• Gluten-, dairy-, soy-, peanut- and tree-nut-free
• Non-GMO Project Verified and kosher
• Shelf-stable until opened for easy travel and storage

How does the taste and texture compare to other protein shakes?

The dark chocolate flavor aims for a creamy, chocolate-forward profile without relying on artificial sweeteners; sweetness comes from a small amount of organic cane sugar. Because it’s made from plant proteins, expect a slightly different mouthfeel than dairy shakes—smooth and drinkable, with a mildly earthy undertone from the seed and green ingredients.

• Dark chocolate flavor with low sugar
• No stevia or sugar alcohols—only organic cane sugar
• Smooth, ready-to-drink texture with plant-based characteristics

Who is this for? OWYN Dark Chocolate 20g Protein Shake is suited for active adults, vegans, and anyone avoiding dairy, soy or gluten who wants a convenient, nutrient-forward protein option.
