Owala SmoothSip Slider insulated stainless steel coffee tumbler 12 oz Black Cherry — leakproof, vacuum‑insulated

The Owala SmoothSip Slider is a 12-ounce insulated stainless-steel travel tumbler with a leakproof slide-top spout designed for comfortable sipping and reliable temperature retention.

Designed for commuters, students, and anyone who drinks coffee on the go, this Owala tumbler pairs a seamless drinking spout with double-wall vacuum insulation in an eye-catching Black Cherry finish. The SmoothSip Slider lid prevents spills and splashes while the stainless-steel body keeps drinks hot or cold for hours. It’s compact enough to hold in one hand, fits most cup holders, and combines everyday durability with a smooth, splash-free pour.

How does the SmoothSip Slider prevent leaks and spills?

The slider spout on the lid closes completely to stop liquid from escaping, so you can toss the tumbler into a bag or set it on a tray without worrying about drips. The seamless spout design also reduces splashing while you drink, making each sip feel natural and controlled.

• Leakproof slide-top mechanism locks securely when closed
• Seamless spout edge for a comfortable, splash-free sip
• Lid is dishwasher-safe for quick cleaning
• Compact 12 oz size minimizes sloshing in transit

How well does this tumbler keep coffee hot or cold?

The double-wall insulated stainless-steel construction slows heat transfer so beverages stay at a preferred temperature longer than a single-wall cup. According to the manufacturer, it keeps drinks hot for up to six hours and cold for up to 24 hours, making it useful for morning commutes or long afternoons out.

• Double-wall vacuum insulation for extended temperature control
• Stainless-steel interior resists flavor transfer and stains
• 12 oz capacity encourages portion control and quicker heat retention
• Ideal for both hot coffee and iced beverages

Is the Owala SmoothSip Slider easy to clean and safe to use?

The lid is dishwasher-safe for convenient cleaning while the cup itself is recommended for hand wash to preserve finish and insulation performance. Materials are BPA and phthalate-free, reducing concerns about unwanted chemicals in contact with your drink.

• Dishwasher-safe lid for fast, hygienic cleaning
• Hand wash recommended for stainless-steel body to protect finish
• BPA- and phthalate-free materials for safer daily use
• Manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty for quality assurance

Will this tumbler fit in cup holders and feel comfortable to hold?

At 12 ounces, the Owala SmoothSip Slider was sized to be easy to grip and to fit most standard vehicle cup holders. The shape and weight distribution make it comfortable for one-handed use, and the smooth spout enhances drinking ergonomics.

• Compact 12 oz size fits most car cup holders and backpacks
• Ergonomic body shape designed for one-handed carrying
