Owala FreeSip Stainless Steel Water Bottle 32 oz GroGu — Double-Wall Insulated, Dual-Drink Spout

The Owala Star Wars FreeSip 32 oz GroGu is an insulated stainless-steel water bottle with a two-way sip spout and locking push-button lid for spill-resistant, all-day cold hydration.

This 32-ounce Owala FreeSip bottle combines kid-friendly Star Wars GroGu styling with a patented dual-drink spout and double-wall insulation that preserves cold beverages for up to 24 hours. Designed for school bags, commutes, workouts, and everyday use, the bottle gives you the option to sip upright through a built-in straw or tilt back to swig from a wide-mouth opening. The lid locks for transport, the wide mouth makes ice and cleaning simple, and the base fits most cup holders.

How does the FreeSip spout make drinking easier?

The patented FreeSip spout offers two drinking positions in one lid: sip upright through the internal straw or tilt to swig from the spout opening. Switching between the two is seamless and eliminates the need to carry separate bottles for different drinking styles.

• Built-in, easy-clean straw for upright sipping
• Wide-mouth spout for quick swigs and faster pours
• Push-button lid opens the spout with one hand
• Lid lock keeps the spout covered during transport

Will this bottle keep drinks cold all day?

Yes — the Owala FreeSip uses double-wall insulated stainless steel to slow heat transfer and maintain cold temperatures for up to 24 hours under normal conditions. Because the cup is not intended for hot liquids, it’s optimized for cold water, iced tea, and other chilled beverages.

• Double-wall vacuum insulation for long-lasting cold
• Stainless-steel interior resists flavors and odors
• Not recommended for hot beverages or carbonated drinks
• Wide opening accommodates ice cubes and easy rinsing

How secure and easy to carry is the lid?

The push-button lid opens quickly and features a built-in carry loop that functions as a lock when rotated into place. This design prevents accidental openings and keeps the spout protected from dirt when you’re on the move.

• Push-to-open mechanism for one-handed access
• Carry loop doubles as a manual lock for travel
• Dishwasher-safe lid for easy maintenance (cup hand wash recommended)
• Cup holder–friendly base for vehicle and stroller use

How do I clean and care for the GroGu bottle?

The lid is dishwasher safe while the cup body is best washed by hand to preserve the exterior finish and insulation. The wide mouth and removable straw components make it simple to reach interior surfaces and prevent residue build-up.

• Dishwasher-safe lid; hand wash stainless cup
• Wide mouth allows access for brushes and ice removal
• BPA-, lead-, and phthalate-free construction
• Manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty for defects

Who is this for: The Owala Star Wars FreeSip 32 oz GroGu is ideal for kids, teens, and adults who want a larger-capacity bottle with playful character styling that performs like an adult-grade insulated bottle. It suits active families, students, commuters, and anyone who prefers flexible drinking options — sipping through a straw or swigging from a wide spout — with a lockable lid for worry-free transport.
