Orville Redenbacher's Buttery Flavored Popcorn Oil 16 fl oz (6-Pack) — Popping & Topping for Air and Stovetop

Orville Redenbacher’s Popping & Topping Buttery Flavored Popcorn Oil is a buttery-flavored oil designed to pop and finish popcorn so your home snacks taste like movie-theater popcorn.

Bring theater-style butter flavor to every bowl with this six-bottle pack of 16 fl oz Orville Redenbacher’s Buttery Flavored Popcorn Oil. Formulated to work with hot air poppers, stovetop poppers, and as a drizzle topping, the oil adds rich buttery notes without melting or sogging popped corn. It pairs particularly well with Orville Redenbacher’s whole grain popping kernels, giving light, fluffy results and a familiar savory finish for movie nights, parties, or everyday snacking.

How do I use this oil to get movie-style popcorn at home?

Use a measured tablespoon or two in a stovetop popper or oil-ready popper to coat kernels and conduct heat for even popping. For air-popped corn, drizzle the oil over popcorn and toss to distribute flavor. It melts into popped corn quickly and enhances crunch and aroma.

• Stovetop: 1–2 Tbsp oil per 1/2 cup kernels for even popping
• Hot air popper: pop first, then drizzle 1–2 Tbsp and toss
• Topping: use a pump or spoon to control coverage and avoid sogginess

Will this oil work with my existing popcorn brands and equipment?

Yes — this flavored oil is compatible with most popping methods and popcorn varieties. It’s formulated as a popping and topping oil, so it conducts heat well for stovetop popping and finishes air-popped corn with buttery flavor. Always follow your popper’s instructions when adding oil.

• Compatible with stovetop and oil-based poppers
• Excellent as a finishing oil for hot air–popped corn
• Pairs especially well with whole grain popping kernels

How much oil should I use so popcorn stays crisp, not greasy?

Start conservatively — a little goes a long way with concentrated buttery flavor. Use 1 tablespoon per 1/2 cup kernels for stovetop popping, or 1 tablespoon per large bowl when topping air-popped corn, then adjust to taste to maintain crispness.

• 1 tablespoon per 1/2 cup kernels for stovetop popping
• 1 tablespoon per large serving bowl when topping air-popped corn
• Add more in small increments to avoid oily texture

How should I store and handle these 16 fl oz bottles?

Store bottles in a cool, dry pantry away from direct heat and sunlight to preserve flavor. Seal each bottle tightly after use to prevent oxidation and off-flavors; use within the timeframe on the label for best quality.

• Keep in pantry or cupboard, away from stovetop heat
• Tightly reseal caps to maintain freshness
• Check label for best-by date and storage advice
