ORANGE GUARD Home Pest Control Spray — 32 oz All-Natural D-Limonene Orange Peel Oil, Food-Grade Repellent for Ants & Roaches

Orange Guard is a 32 oz EPA-registered home pest control spray formulated with 5.8% d-limonene (orange peel oil) to repel and help eliminate ants, roaches, fleas, silverfish and other common pests around people, pets and food areas. Orange Guard harnesses the natural solvent and repellent properties of orange peel extract to provide a non-synthetic alternative to conventional insecticides. Developed after years of research, this water-based formula is designed for both indoor and outdoor use, offering a gentle citrus scent while targeting crawling insects and selected soft-bodied pests. It’s biodegradable, food-safe when used as directed, and positioned as a pet- and family-friendly option for everyday pest control needs.

How quickly does Orange Guard work when applied?

Results vary by species and infestation size, but many users notice reduced pest activity soon after treatment. Direct contact applications can incapacitate or repel insects quickly, while perimeter or residual treatments reduce re-entry and discourage harborage over days to weeks.

• Immediate contact effect on exposed insects
• Residual repellent action on treated surfaces
• Results influenced by application thoroughness and infestation level

Can I use this spray around my pets, children and food areas?

Orange Guard was formulated for use in homes and around food handling areas when label directions are followed. Its active ingredient is food-grade d-limonene from orange peel, but you should always allow treated surfaces to dry and follow safety instructions to minimize exposure for children and pets.

• Designed for indoor and outdoor application with label precautions
• Use on baseboards, entry points, under appliances, and outdoor perimeter
• Allow surfaces to dry before permitting food contact or pet access

What pests does this product target, and where should I spray it?

Orange Guard is effective against a range of crawling and soft-bodied pests including ants, roaches, fleas, silverfish, palmettos, aphids and some mites. Apply directly to infestation sites, along insect pathways, and around structural entry points; outdoor perimeter applications help reduce indoor incursions.

• Suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, basements, garages and patios
• Apply to cracks, crevices, nests, and around door/window perimeters
• Also used on plants for select sap-feeding insects when label allows

How should I apply and maintain treatments for best long-term control?

For optimal results, clean target areas first, then spray lightly and evenly. Repeat treatments according to pest pressure and label guidance; inspect and re-treat entry points, nests, and problem zones as needed to maintain a deterrent barrier.

• Clean surfaces before treating to remove attractants and debris
• Spot-treat nests and runways; treat perimeters for ongoing protection
• Reapply after heavy rain outdoors or when activity resumes

Who is this for? Homeowners, renters, pet owners and gardeners who prefer plant-derived, biodegradable solutions for everyday pest problems will find Orange Guard appealing. It’s well suited to households seeking an alternative to synthetic insecticides for indoor and outdoor use, people who need treatments safe for food-handling areas (when used as directed), and anyone wanting a citrus-scented, EPA-registered spray that targets a variety of crawling insects. For heavier or structural infestations, combine Orange Guard with integrated pest management practices or consult a pest professional for a comprehensive plan.
