Optimum Nutrition L-Glutamine Capsules 240 Ct — 1000 mg per 2‑Capsule Serving, Muscle Recovery

These vegetarian capsules from Optimum Nutrition supply L‑glutamine — the body's most plentiful amino acid — in a convenient, tasteless form designed for daily use. Each two‑capsule serving provides 1000 mg of L‑glutamine to help replenish levels that can be reduced after prolonged or intense workouts. Bottled in a 240‑count format, this product is aimed at athletes, gym regulars, and anyone looking to keep a reliable glutamine supply on hand. Note: capsules may soften or melt if exposed to heat or direct sunlight during shipping, so ensure someone is available to receive deliveries.

How can L‑glutamine fit into my post‑workout routine?

Taking L‑glutamine capsules after training is a simple way to reintroduce this amino acid without mixing powders. Capsules are portable, easy to dose, and avoid flavor or texture issues that some powders have.

• Take the recommended two‑capsule serving after workouts or as directed on the label.
• Convenient for gym bags and travel—no shaker required.
• Neutral taste lets you use it alongside shakes or beverages if desired.

What does the label specify about dosage and content?

Each two‑capsule serving supplies 1000 milligrams of pure L‑glutamine. The bottle contains 240 capsules, giving you 120 servings per container when taken two at a time.

• 1000 mg of L‑glutamine per 2 capsules.
• 240 capsules per bottle — equals 120 two‑capsule servings.
• Follow label directions and consult a professional for personalized dosing.

Are there storage or delivery considerations I should know about?

Glutamine capsules can be sensitive to high heat and direct sunlight; prolonged exposure may cause softening or melting. Plan shipments and storage to avoid extreme temperatures and keep the bottle in a cool, dry place after receipt.

• Avoid leaving shipments in hot vehicles or direct sun during delivery.
• If exposed to heat, inspect capsules before use and store remaining product properly.
• Keep cap tightly closed and store at room temperature away from moisture.

How does this product differ from powdered glutamine?

Capsules offer pre‑measured servings and greater convenience, while powders allow flexible dosing and lower per‑serving cost. Choose capsules if you prefer no‑mix convenience or consistent serving sizes on the go.

• Capsules: mess‑free, portable, fixed 1000 mg per two capsules.
• Powders: adjustable dosing, mixability with shakes, often larger bulk sizes.
• Capsules eliminate taste concerns and are travel‑friendly.

Who is this for?

This Optimum Nutrition L‑Glutamine 240‑count bottle is best for active adults, athletes, and regular gym attendees who want a convenient, tasteless way to include L‑glutamine in their supplementation routine. It suits anyone who values pre‑measured capsules for post‑exercise use, frequent travelers who need portable supplements, or users who prefer capsules over powders.
