Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey Protein Powder, French Vanilla Crème 5 lb — 24g Protein & Fast-Absorbing Isolate

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey in French Vanilla Crème is a high-protein powder delivering 24 g of fast-absorbing whey per scoop to support workout recovery and muscle maintenance.

This 5 pound tub combines whey protein isolate as the primary ingredient with hydrolyzed whey fractions to give a clean protein profile with minimal carbs and fat. Each serving supplies essential amino acids including naturally occurring BCAAs, and the instantized formula mixes smoothly in water or milk for a quick post-training shake. The French Vanilla Crème flavor offers a mildly sweet, versatile taste that works well on its own or blended into smoothies and recipes.

How does Gold Standard Whey help my recovery after tough sessions?

This formula focuses on rapidly digestible whey proteins—whey protein isolate and hydrolyzed whey—so amino acids reach muscles quickly after exercise. Regular use as part of a resistance-training program supports protein synthesis and helps replenish amino acid levels.

• 24 g of 100% whey protein per scoop for immediate post-workout nutrition
• 11.4 g of naturally occurring essential amino acids including BCAAs
• Includes hydrolyzed whey fractions for faster absorption
• Low in carbs and fat to prioritize protein delivery

What makes the French Vanilla Crème flavor a good daily choice?

French Vanilla Crème is designed to be pleasantly creamy without overpowering sweetness, making it easy to drink every day. It blends well with water, milk, or in fruit and vegetable smoothies, giving flexibility for different taste preferences and calorie goals.

• Mild, creamy vanilla that mixes smoothly into shakes
• Pairs easily with coffee, fruit, or oats for variety
• Suitable for both cold shakes and blended recipes

How quickly does this powder mix and what equipment works best?

The instantized powder is formulated to dissolve rapidly, so a shaker cup or blender produces lump-free results within seconds. For thicker smoothie textures, blend with frozen fruit or nut butter; for fast post-workout fuel, a vigorous shake with water is sufficient.

• Shaker cup for quick, portable mixing
• Blender for smoothies and thicker preparations
• Mixes well in cold or room-temperature liquid
