How does Amino Energy help when I need a quick lift?

The formula pairs fast-digesting amino acids with a modest caffeine dose to provide a pick-me-up without an overwhelming stimulant crash. It’s formulated to be used whenever you need extra alertness—morning, afternoon, or before a workout.

• 100 mg caffeine per serving to enhance wakefulness
• Amino blend supports post-exercise muscle recovery
• Single-scoop servings dissolve quickly in cold water

What’s inside the amino blend and why does it matter?

The product contains a balanced mix of essential and non-essential amino acids designed to support muscle repair and normal protein synthesis after activity. While not a meal replacement, these amino acids help refill what muscles use during exercise and everyday movement.

• Essential amino acids for recovery support
• Branched-chain amino acids commonly used around workouts
• Formulated to complement dietary protein sources

How should I use Strawberry Lime for best results?

Mix one scoop with water and consume 15–30 minutes before training for an energy boost, or sip during the day to stay focused. Adjust serving size to tolerance of caffeine and personal preference—start small if you’re sensitive to stimulants.

• Mix with 8–12 oz cold water for a flavorful drink
• Consume before or during workouts, or between meals for alertness
• Do not exceed recommended daily servings if sensitive to caffeine

What flavor and mixability can I expect from Strawberry Lime?

Strawberry Lime blends a bright strawberry sweetness with a citrus tang for a refreshing, lightly tangy beverage. The powder is made to dissolve smoothly with minimal clumping, creating a crisp, thirst-quenching drink you can enjoy any time.

• Light, fruit-forward strawberry with lime zest notes
• Fine powder that mixes cleanly in a shaker or bottle
• Suitable for cold water or iced preparations

Who is this for? Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy Strawberry Lime is geared toward active adults who want a convenient, flavorful supplement that supports exercise recovery, steady mental focus, and moderate stimulant-based energy. It’s a good fit for gym-goers seeking a pre- or intra-workout lift, professionals who prefer a low-calorie focus drink over coffee, and anyone looking to add targeted amino acids to their daily routine without a heavy stimulant load. Not intended as a medical treatment or dietary replacement—follow label directions and check caffeine tolerance before use.
