How does Amino Energy help with recovery after workouts?

The product supplies a targeted amino blend, including branched-chain amino acids, to support muscle repair and recovery processes after exercise. While not a meal replacement, it contributes amino acid building blocks that complement your post-workout nutrition strategy.

• Contains a balanced mix of essential and branched-chain amino acids.
• Convenient powder form for fast absorption when mixed with water.
• Helps replenish amino acids lost during intense sessions.
• Works alongside protein and carbohydrate intake for full recovery.

When is the best time to take this Peach Mango Tango formula?

The formula is designed as an any-time product: use it pre-workout for energy and focus, intra-workout to sustain performance, or post-workout to support recovery. Many users also take a serving in the morning or afternoon for a low-dose caffeine lift without the heaviness of coffee.

• Pre-workout: 100 mg caffeine helps increase alertness and readiness.
• Intra-workout: amino blend supports endurance and muscle preservation.
• Post-workout: aids in topping up essential amino acids for repair.
• Any-time: light flavor and low-calorie mixability make it easy to sip daily.

What does the flavor and mixability profile look like?

Peach Mango Tango offers a sweet, tropical fruit flavor that’s been formulated to dissolve cleanly in cold water, leaving minimal grit or aftertaste. The taste aims to be refreshing and drinkable across multiple servings, whether sipped slowly or consumed quickly around training.

• Peach-mango fruit-forward profile—bright, not cloying.
• Fine powder designed for easy mixing with a shaker or spoon.
• Low residual sediment when stirred or shaken properly.
• Suitable for flavored or plain water, and blends with smoothies.

Are there stimulants, sweeteners, or quality assurances to know about?

The formula includes 100 mg of caffeine per serving for a moderate stimulant effect and uses no aspartame as a sweetener. Optimum Nutrition subjects its products to quality controls and banned-substance testing to support athlete safety and ingredient consistency.

• 100 mg caffeine per serving — moderate, measured energy boost.
• No aspartame; sweetener choice geared toward a cleaner label.
• Banned-substance tested and made by a reputable sports-nutrition manufacturer.
• Label directions and serving sizes should be followed for safe use.
