Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy Powder — Green Apple 9.5 oz, 100 mg Caffeine & Amino Recovery

Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy Powder in Green Apple is a anytime amino-acid and caffeine blend designed to support muscle recovery, boost alertness, and sharpen focus.

Formulated for adults who need a flexible pick-me-up, this 9.5 oz tub combines an amino-acid matrix with a modest 100 mg of caffeine per serving. It’s meant to be used before, during, or after activity — or whenever you want a focused energy lift without a heavy stimulant load. The Green Apple flavor offers a crisp, fruity option for mixing into water, sports drinks, or smoothies.

How does this product support post-workout recovery?

The formula supplies a targeted blend of amino acids that contribute raw building blocks your muscles use after exertion. While not a complete protein, the blend helps supply essential and conditionally essential amino acids that assist in repair and reduce perceived soreness. Use alongside a balanced diet and protein source for best results.

• Contains a multi-amino complex including essential amino acids.
• Fast-dissolving powder for quick post-session consumption.
• Complements protein shakes and recovery meals.

What kind of energy and focus can I expect from 100 mg caffeine?

Each serving delivers 100 mg of caffeine — roughly the amount in a strong cup of coffee — aimed at increasing alertness without excessive jitteriness for most adults. The formula also includes ingredients that support mental clarity so you feel more attentive during workouts or daily tasks. Start with a half serving if you are caffeine-sensitive.

• 100 mg caffeine per serving for moderate stimulation.
• Supports daytime alertness and pre-workout focus.
• Recommended adjustable serving to match tolerance.

How should I use Amino Energy Green Apple throughout the day?

The product is marketed as an "any-time" formula: mix one scoop with water whenever you need recovery, a pre-workout boost, or a mid-afternoon focus lift. It dissolves quickly and works well in standard shaker bottles or stirred into cold beverages. For longer days, you can split servings to maintain steady energy without overconsumption.

• Mix one scoop with 8–12 oz of water; adjust for taste.
• Use pre-workout, intra-workout, or as a daytime pick-me-up.
• Stack with meals and hydration; avoid late-evening use if caffeine affects sleep.

What flavor and mixability should I expect from the Green Apple option?

Green Apple offers a tart, crisp flavor profile that masks the natural bitterness of amino acids for most users. The powder is formulated to dissolve smoothly in cold liquids, producing a clear, refreshing drink rather than a thick shake. If preferred, it blends easily into flavored beverages or smoothies for a custom taste.

• Crisp green apple taste to counteract amino bitterness.
• Fine powder designed for quick mixing and clear liquids.
• Compatible with water, juice, or blended drinks.

Who is this for: Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy Green Apple suits adults seeking a versatile supplement that bridges recovery and everyday energy. It fits exercisers wanting amino support without a heavy protein shake, professionals needing midday focus, and anyone who prefers a moderate-caffeine option. Not intended for children or those sensitive to caffeine — consult a healthcare professional if you have underlying conditions or are pregnant.
