Omples Hinged Knee Brace — Medium Ventilated Knee Support with Bilateral Aluminum Hinges and X-Strap Stabilizers

Omples Hinged Knee Brace is a ventilated, hinged support that stabilizes the knee joint and reduces strain during daily activities and sports.

This knee brace combines bilateral aluminum hinges, an X-shaped strap system and breathable neoprene to deliver firm support without locking your movement. Designed for people managing meniscus irritation, patella instability or general knee weakness, the brace aims to minimize unwanted motion while keeping the skin cooler with perforated material and adjustable hook-and-loop straps.

How does the brace improve stability without restricting motion?

Heavy-duty lateral hinges sit on both sides of the knee to guide the joint through safe flexion and extension. The X-shaped strap layout adds compression and keeps the brace aligned during activity, preventing hyperextension and lateral drift while allowing functional movement.

• Bilateral aluminum hinges for guided movement and joint control
• X-strap system for secure wrap and targeted compression
• Designed to permit natural bending for walking, running and exercise

Will this brace stay in place during a workout or long day?

Yes — adjustable top and bottom hook-and-loop straps lock the brace in the desired position so it resists sliding and bunching. The snug fit combined with the strap geometry keeps the support steady whether you’re training, gardening or on your feet for hours.

• Dual hook-and-loop straps for personalized tension and anti-slip hold
• Contoured design minimizes rolling and pinching during movement
• Neoprene with ventilation holes reduces sweat-related slippage

Which size should I choose for the best fit?

Measure the circumference of your leg about 5 inches (13 cm) below the kneecap and match it to the size chart. If your measurement falls between sizes, selecting the larger size is recommended to maintain comfort and avoid excessive compression.

• S: 12–12.8 in; M: 12.8–13.5 in; L: 13.5–14 in
• XL: 14–14.8 in; 2XL: 14.8–16 in; 3XL: 16–17.3 in; 4XL: 17.3–18.5 in
• Measure 5 in below the kneecap for consistent sizing

What activities is this brace best suited for?

The Omples hinged brace is built for active use and everyday protection. It supports dynamic sports and high-impact workouts while remaining comfortable for long wear during work, hiking or routine tasks.

• Running, weightlifting, basketball and football
• Hiking, walking and active occupational use
• Post-activity protection and added joint confidence during recovery

Who is this for: This knee brace is intended for people seeking extra lateral and medial support — athletes with recurring instability, those recovering from ligament or meniscal strain who need controlled motion, or anyone wanting a breathable, adjustable brace for everyday knee support. It is sized to fit a range of leg circumferences; consult the size chart and choose the larger size if between measurements for comfort and effectiveness.
