OBXT Blue Jellyfish Paper Lanterns - 6-Pack 10" Gradient Blue with Iridescent Streamers, Lightweight & Tool-Free

OBXT Blue Hanging Jellyfish Paper Lanterns are a six-piece set of 10-inch, gradient-blue paper lanterns with iridescent streamers that create a floating jellyfish effect for mermaid and ocean-themed events.

Bring an underwater ambiance to parties, classrooms, or seasonal displays with these lightweight, easy-to-hang jellyfish lanterns from OBXT. Designed with mellow gradient blues and shimmering tails, each lantern folds flat for storage and assembles without tools. The set of six is sized to layer at different heights for depth, produce photo-worthy backdrops, and add motion when hung outdoors or near a gentle breeze.

How do these lanterns create a realistic underwater look?

The lanterns pair soft gradient paper with iridescent, flowing streamers that catch light and sway like jellyfish tentacles. The contrast of matte paper domes and glossy tails gives visual depth, and arranging them at varied heights mimics natural movement below the water surface.

• 10-inch paper domes with gradient blue tones for a deep-sea palette.
• Iridescent streamers that shimmer under natural or string lighting.
• Lightweight design that moves with air currents for realistic motion.
• Layerable set of six to create depth and dimension in displays.

Are these jellyfish lanterns easy to set up and store?

Yes — they fold flat after use and assemble in minutes without tools. Tabs and frames included in each lantern lock into place so you can hang them from ceilings, beams, or outdoor structures using twine, ribbon, or hooks.

• Tool-free assembly: insert the interior frame and secure the paper dome.
• Compact storage: fold flat to save closet or party-box space.
• Versatile hanging options for indoor ceilings or covered outdoor areas.
• Reusable materials that maintain shape across multiple events.

What occasions and spaces are these best suited for?

These decorations work well for mermaid birthdays, under-the-sea baby showers, nautical classroom themes, and coastal wedding receptions. Their playful yet elegant look suits both kids’ parties and adult gatherings when combined with complementary lighting and décor.

• Mermaid or ocean-themed birthday parties and baby showers.
• Classroom displays, library corners, and summer camp events.
• Beachside gatherings, nautical showers, and themed corporate events.
• Photo backdrops, layered ceiling installations, and doorway accents.

How can I maximize the visual impact in my venue?

Mix heights, add soft LED lighting, and pair with sea-inspired props for a cohesive display. Use clear fishing line to create a floating effect, and place lanterns near fans or open windows for gentle motion.

• Hang at staggered heights to simulate depth beneath the water.
• Add warm white LEDs or fairy lights nearby for shimmering reflections.
• Combine with shells, netting, and blue fabric for layered texture.
• Use fishing line for an invisible suspension that enhances the floaty look.
