Nulo Small Breed Dog Food — FreeStyle Salmon & Lentils, 6 lb Grain-Free High-Protein with BC30 Probiotic

Nulo FreeStyle Small Breed Salmon & Lentils is a grain-free, high-protein dry kibble formulated with real deboned salmon, smaller-sized bites, and BC30 probiotics to support digestion, healthy skin and coat, and lean muscle for puppies and adult small dogs.

Made for toy and small-breed dogs, this 6 lb bag of Nulo FreeStyle combines animal-first protein with targeted nutrients to meet the unique needs of little mouths and high-energy lifestyles. The recipe prioritizes salmon as the top ingredient, sources 83% of its protein from animal origins, and excludes common fillers like grains, corn, soy, and artificial additives. It also includes omega fatty acids, taurine, and the BC30 probiotic strain to help keep digestion regular and skin and coat healthy—while a smaller kibble size aids chewing and picky eaters.

How does this kibble support a small dog’s energy and muscle needs?

The formula emphasizes high-quality, animal-based protein to help build and preserve lean muscle and provide sustained energy for active small breeds. Taurine and essential amino acids are included to support cardiovascular function and stamina without unnecessary carbohydrates.

• Real deboned salmon as the first ingredient for bioavailable protein
• 83% of protein from animal sources to favor muscle maintenance
• Low-glycemic, grain-free carbohydrate profile for steady energy

Will this food help with digestion or sensitive stomachs?

Nulo FreeStyle uses BC30 probiotics plus natural prebiotic fibers to encourage balanced gut flora and efficient nutrient absorption. These ingredients support digestion in dogs prone to sensitivity without relying on common allergens like eggs, grains, or chicken proteins.

• BC30 probiotic strain clinically studied for digestive support
• Prebiotic fibers from whole food sources to feed healthy bacteria
• Formulated without common irritants: no grain, corn, wheat, soy, chicken, or artificial preservatives

How does this recipe contribute to skin and coat health?

Fatty acids from fish ingredients supply omega-3 and omega-6 to help maintain a glossy coat and supple skin. The blend also contains antioxidants and vitamins to support overall skin condition and a healthy immune response.

• Omega-3 and omega-6 from salmon for visible coat sheen
• Vitamins C and E plus antioxidants to support skin health
• Taurine and amino acids that complement overall vitality

Is the kibble size suitable for puppies and small adult dogs?

The FreeStyle small-breed kibble is shaped and sized specifically for toy breeds and small mouths, making it easier to chew and less likely to cause frustration at mealtime. This helps with portion control and encourages proper eating mechanics in both puppies and adults.

• Smaller bite-size pieces designed for Chihuahuas, Yorkies, Frenchies and similar breeds
• Texture engineered for easy chewing and reduced waste
• Balanced calorie density to support ideal body condition in small dogs
