NOW Real Food Organic Monk Fruit Extract Powder, 0.7 oz Jar with Scoop — Zero-Calorie Intense Sweetener

NOW Real Food Organic Monk Fruit Extract Powder is a concentrated, zero-calorie, USDA Organic sweetener that delivers a vibrant sweet taste with minimal aftertaste for beverages and recipes.

Made from Luo Han Guo (monk fruit) and packaged with a measuring scoop, this 0.7 oz jar provides an intensely sweet alternative to sugar without calories or carbs. It’s Non-GMO Project Verified and free from common allergens and additives, making it suitable for many diets including keto, vegan, and gluten-free lifestyles. The pure powder format dissolves quickly, making it easy to swap into hot and cold drinks, sauces, and baking formulas where extreme sweetness is needed in small amounts.

How strong is this sweetener compared to regular sugar?

Monk fruit extract is far sweeter than table sugar—up to about 200 times—so you only need a tiny amount to reach the same level of sweetness. Because of its potency, recipes require adjusted measurements or pairing with bulking agents when volume matters.

• Use the included scoop for controlled dosing.
• Start with a fraction of the sugar amount—typically a pinch to a small scoop depending on taste.
• Great for beverages and recipes that tolerate concentrated sweeteners without added bulk.

Will this monk fruit powder work in hot and cold recipes?

Yes. The fine organic powder dissolves quickly in both hot and cold liquids, so it’s convenient for tea, coffee, smoothies, and chilled drinks. In cooked recipes, it holds sweetness through heat but won’t provide the browning or structure sugar normally gives.

• Dissolves rapidly in stirring or blending.
• Retains sweetness when heated, ideal for sauces and soups.
• Not a direct textural replacement for sugar in cookies or cakes—use bulking alternatives if needed.

What certifications and dietary needs does it meet?

This monk fruit powder carries multiple verifications and is free from the most common allergens and additives, simplifying ingredient choices for restrictive diets. It’s produced in the USA by a family-owned company and is labeled to support transparency and cleaner sourcing.

• USDA Organic and Non-GMO Project Verified.
• Vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free, dairy-free, egg-free, corn-free.
• Keto-friendly and zero-calorie; contains no added sugar or fillers.

How should I measure and store this extract for best results?

The product arrives with a small scoop to help measure due to the extract’s high sweetness intensity. Keep the jar sealed in a cool, dry place to preserve flavor and prevent clumping; a little goes a long way, so measure carefully to avoid over-sweetening.

• Use the included scoop; add gradually to taste.
• Store away from moisture and heat to maintain powder flow.
• Because of its potency, a single jar lasts a long time with typical use.
