How do I take NOW Liquid Chlorophyll and what dosage is recommended?

Follow the label directions for safe and simple use: the typical serving is one teaspoon (5 mL) mixed into 8 ounces of water or juice. You can take it once daily or as your routine requires. Start with the suggested amount to assess tolerance before adjusting.

• Standard dose: 1 teaspoon (5 mL) daily
• Mix into 8 oz of water, juice, or beverage of choice
• Shake bottle well before measuring
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight

What is this chlorophyll formula made from and how is it different from whole-leaf chlorophyll?

This product contains sodium copper chlorophyllin, a water-soluble derivative of plant chlorophyll that dissolves easily in beverages. Unlike whole-leaf powders or oils, chlorophyllin is formulated for stability and solubility, making it simpler to incorporate into drinks. It retains the green pigment profile associated with chlorophyll while offering a concentrated delivery.

• Active form: sodium copper chlorophyllin (water-soluble)
• Mint flavor added for palatability
• Concentrated liquid for low-volume dosing
• Natural color variations may occur between batches

What benefits do people typically seek with chlorophyll and what should I realistically expect?

People commonly use chlorophyll liquid for internal deodorizing support, as a free-radical neutralizer, and to add a plant-derived green pigment to their routine. While users report improved freshness and easier mixing into beverages, individual outcomes vary and it’s best used as part of a balanced lifestyle. This product is not a medical treatment; use it as a complement to healthy habits.

• Common uses: internal deodorizer, beverage additive, green pigment source
• May complement detox-supportive routines but not a standalone therapy
• Mint flavor masks grassy notes for easier daily use
• Suitable for people who prefer liquid supplements over capsules

Are there any preparation tips or compatibility notes for mixing chlorophyll into drinks?

Chlorophyllin is water-soluble, so it blends well with water, juice, or smoothies. For best flavor, dilute the recommended dose in about 8 ounces of beverage and stir or shake vigorously. Avoid using extremely hot liquids to preserve flavor and integrity.

• Mix 1 teaspoon into 8 oz of cold or room-temperature fluid
• Stir, swirl, or shake to ensure even distribution
• Combine with citrus or mild juice to enhance taste
• Keep refrigerated after opening if recommended on the label

Who is this for: NOW Liquid Chlorophyll is well suited for adults seeking a convenient, mint-flavored chlorophyll liquid to add to daily beverages, people who prefer concentrated, water-soluble plant extracts, and anyone looking for a palate-friendly internal deodorizer option. It appeals to those who want an easy-to-use supplement from a long-established, family-run brand that packages products in the USA.
