Ninja Sizzle Pro XL 20-inch Indoor Griddle & Grill, Silver — 20" Plates, ProTemp IQ

Built to handle breakfasts for a crowd or weeknight meal prep, the Ninja Sizzle Pro XL expands cooking capacity while giving you precise temperature control. Its two 20" ceramic nonstick plates (flat griddle and grill) are PFAS-free and designed to remove and clean quickly. A ventilated detachable lid, removable grease catch, and temperature dial that ranges from 250°F–500°F make this unit a flexible countertop center for searing, griddling, and finishing with melted cheese or char marks.

How does the Sizzle Pro XL fit a family-sized meal?

The 20-inch plates provide roughly 40% more cooking surface than the earlier Ninja GR101, letting you cook multiple proteins or a full breakfast spread at once. That means fewer batches and faster serving for groups.

• Fits 10+ burgers or breakfast for 8–10 people on the full plate.
• Interchangeable flat-top and grill plates for varied menus.
• Large grease-catch design reduces mess during high-volume cooking.

What makes heating more even across the surface?

ProTemp IQ Technology monitors and adjusts heat to deliver consistent, edge-to-edge temperature for uniform browning and searing. It’s engineered to reduce hot and cold spots even when the surface is crowded.

• Smart heating profile balances temperature across 20" plates.
• Precision dial from 250°F to 500°F for controlled results.
• Improved consistency compared to previous Ninja Sizzle models and many standalone griddles.

How easy is cleanup and are the plates safe to use?

The griddle and grill plates have a ceramic-based nonstick finish that’s 100% PFAS-free and wipes clean with minimal effort. The detachable ventilated lid and removable grease catch simplify maintenance after cooking greasy foods.

• PFAS-free ceramic nonstick for easier food release and cleaning.
• Detachable lid and removable grease tray for thorough cleaning access.
• Quick-start guide includes simple care tips and five chef-developed recipes.

What cooking styles and results can I expect?

Use the flat griddle for pancakes, stir-fry, or hibachi-style family nights; switch to the grill plate for authentic sear marks and char. The lid can be used up for high sear or down to lock in heat and melt toppings.

• Griddle plate: even browning for pancakes, eggs, and vegetables.
• Grill plate: defined char marks and grill flavor for steaks and burgers.
• Lid up or down gives controlled searing or heat retention for finishing.

Who this is for: Busy families, meal-preppers, and home cooks who want a large-capacity, versatile countertop griddle and grill with precision temperature control and easier cleanup. The Ninja Sizzle Pro XL suits anyone who regularly cooks for groups, entertains, or wants a reliable appliance to deliver consistent, restaurant-style results at home without the hassle of outdoor grilling.
