New Growth N-Gage Grips EZ angled barbell grips — Black natural rubber, non-slip, compact for Olympic & standard bars

The N-Gage Grips EZ from New Growth are patented angled rubber grips that attach to barbells, dumbbells, and cables to improve wrist alignment and increase grip engagement during strength training.

Designed to sit between your hands and the bar, N-Gage Grips EZ use a proprietary angled profile to encourage a more natural wrist, elbow, and shoulder position while you lift. Built from industrial-strength natural rubber in the USA, these compact grips aim to boost grip work, reduce slipping, and expand how you load upper-body movements without bulky equipment changes. They’re simple to install, compatible with most standard and Olympic bars and handles, and intended to deliver consistent support session after session.

How do N-Gage Grips EZ change my lifting form?

The patented angled shape reorients how the force travels through your hands and forearms, promoting a more neutral wrist alignment that often feels more comfortable on repeated reps. That adjustment helps distribute load across the elbow and shoulder more evenly, which many lifters find useful for maintaining technique through fatigue.

• Angled grip geometry aligns wrist, elbow and shoulder joints
• Thicker diameter increases forearm recruitment and hand engagement
• Non-slip rubber reduces unwanted rotation or shift on the bar

Will these grips fit my equipment and stay in place?

N-Gage Grips EZ are molded to fit a wide range of handles—Olympic bars, fixed barbells, dumbbells, and common cable attachments—and the industrial natural rubber offers a secure friction surface. When used with proper hand placement and grip force, they resist slipping and rotation so you can focus on the lift instead of repositioning the grip.

• Compatible with most standard and Olympic diameter bars and handles
• Non-slip surface designed for heavy lifts and frequent use
• Quick to attach or remove between exercises or workouts

What performance benefits can I expect from regular use?

The increased effective handle diameter encourages stronger activation of the forearms, hands, and supporting upper-body muscles, which can help accelerate grip strength development and enhance contraction during pulling and pressing movements. Users often report a firmer feel on heavy sets and improved confidence when performing high-rep sequences.

• Promotes greater forearm and hand engagement for grip strength gains
• Helps lifters maintain form later into sets by improving control
• Compact design offers gym versatility without bulky attachments

How durable are N-Gage Grips EZ and where are they made?

Built from a proprietary industrial-grade natural rubber, these grips are formulated to withstand regular gym use and maintain their shape and friction properties over time. New Growth manufactures them in the USA to ensure consistent quality and long-term performance.

• Industrial-strength rubber resists tearing and premature wear
• Designed for repeated attachment to bars, dumbbells, and cables
• Proudly made in the USA with performance-focused materials
