NESSUS Reusable Pod Kit for Nespresso Vertuo – 100 Aluminum Foil Seals, Holder & Brush for Refillable Vertuo/VertuoPlus Capsules

If you use a Nespresso Vertuo or VertuoPlus machine and want to cut cost and waste, this kit supplies the tools to refill original-style capsules safely and repeatedly. The components are engineered so the foil seals align without covering the barcode, the holder secures the pod for tidy filling, and the thicker foil reduces tearing during sealing. No prefilled pods are included; this set is built for people who prefer their own coffee grounds or want to repurpose existing Vertuo shells.

How does the kit make refilling simple?

Refilling is designed to be a straightforward process: place the empty capsule in the holder, add ground coffee, position a foil seal, and press the holder cover to seal. The kit’s tools guide alignment so you can refill without sticky fingers or repeated mistakes.

• Snap-in holder stabilizes the capsule during filling
• Thick aluminum seals reduce tearing and mess
• Lid opener helps remove old seals cleanly
• Brush clears grounds for an even fill and clean edges

Will these foil lids work with Vertuo barcodes and machine sensors?

The foil lids are sized and designed to avoid obstructing the barcode area used by Vertuoline machines, so reading and extraction remain reliable. The adhesive is food-grade and applied so the capsule stays airtight without covering the barcode strip.

• Lid diameter avoids barcode interference
• Food-safe adhesive keeps capsules sealed for storage
• Consistent placement reduces machine misreads
• Extra-thick foil resists tearing during brewing

What materials and tools are included, and are they durable?

The kit includes a reusable capsule holder, 100 aluminum foil seals, a lid opener and a small cleaning brush. The foil is thicker than many alternatives and the holder is built to withstand repeated use; the brush helps you maintain the capsule and holder for long life.

• 100 food-grade aluminum foil lids—sturdy, tear-resistant
• Reusable plastic holder—secure filling and pressing
• Lid opener—removes original seals cleanly for reuse
• Cleaning brush—removes leftover grounds for hygiene

How does reusing Vertuo capsules help with cost and waste?

Using refillable capsules lets you choose less expensive grounds or specialty blends while diverting single-use aluminum and plastic from the bin. The kit’s reusable components mean fewer new capsules purchased and less packaging waste over time.

• Refillable approach reduces single-use capsule purchases
• Reusable holder and tools lengthen product lifespan
• Allows bulk or locally roasted ground coffee to be used
• Minimizes discarded pod waste when used correctly

Who is this for? The NESSUS Reusable Pod Kit is ideal for Vertuo or VertuoPlus machine owners who already have empty Vertuoline shells or want to stop buying single-use capsules. It suits cost-conscious coffee drinkers, home baristas who prefer their own grinds, and eco-minded users looking to reduce packaging waste. This kit does not include prefilled capsules—it's a refill system that requires empty Vertuo pods to reuse.
