Carefully harvested and sun-dried, Nemeth Farms Spray Millet offers single-ingredient snack sprays that encourage natural pecking and foraging. Non-GMO Project Verified and presented as whole, seed-rich tops, these millet sprays are designed to be easy to offer in cages, on training perches, or as part of supervised free-time. The product focuses on simplicity: no fillers, no additives, just edible millet tops that birds can enjoy at their own pace.

Why choose Nemeth Farms spray millet for small pet birds?

This millet is selected for high palatability and prepared to preserve texture and flavor through natural sun-drying. Birds typically respond quickly to the whole-spray format, helping reduce waste from uneaten loose seeds.

• Non-GMO Project Verified for ingredient transparency and traceability.
• Sun-dried single-ingredient product—no preservatives or fillers.
• Whole, seed-rich sprays encourage longer feeding engagement.
• Certificate reference C-690494-2026 for verification details.

How do I use spray millet safely with my parakeet or finch?

Offer spray millet as a treat or enrichment item rather than a staple diet; monitor portions to balance with regular feed. Attach sprays to cage bars or place on a foraging perch so birds can peck naturally.

• Provide in small amounts during supervised sessions to avoid overfeeding.
• Use clips or natural twine to hang sprays inside the cage for foraging.
• Remove any soiled spray and replace with fresh portions as needed.
• Include as a reward during training or taming to reinforce behaviors.

What benefits do whole millet sprays bring to bird care routines?

Whole sprays let birds pick seeds from the stem, stimulating natural behaviors and adding mental and physical activity. They serve as both a high-value training reward and a low-effort enrichment tool that keeps birds engaged longer than loose seed treats.

• Encourages foraging and pecking—natural feeding instincts are supported.
• Extended interaction time compared with loose seeds reduces boredom.
• Useful for training, taming, and social bonding sessions.
• Minimal preparation—ready to hang or place in a dish.

How is Nemeth Farms millet processed and verified?

The millet is harvested and sun-dried to retain texture and taste without chemical treatments. It carries Non-GMO Project Verification, which confirms compliance with their standards and offers an identifiable Butterfly mark for consumer trust.

• Sun-dried to preserve natural flavor and seed integrity.
• Single-ingredient product—no added colors, preservatives, or fillers.
• Non-GMO Project Verified; certificate reference included for verification.
• Produced to appeal to a wide range of small seed-eating birds.

Who this is for: Nemeth Farms Spray Millet is ideal for owners of parakeets, canaries, finches and other small seed-eating companion birds who want a simple, natural treat that promotes foraging and interactive feeding. It's well-suited for bird owners who prefer non-GMO, minimally processed options and anyone seeking an effective training reward or enrichment item that birds accept readily.
