Nekteck Shiatsu Neck Massager with Heat — Gray Plug-In Model, 16 Deep‑Kneading Nodes & 3 Speeds

The Nekteck Shiatsu Neck Massager with Heat is an electric, plug-in massage pillow that delivers deep-kneading shiatsu and adjustable warmth to ease neck, shoulder, and upper-back tension.

This compact massage pillow combines 16 rotating deep-tissue nodes with gentle infrared heat and three speed settings to recreate a hands-on kneading experience at home or in the office. Built from durable PU leather and breathable mesh, it fits around the neck and can also be positioned for shoulder, upper-back, waist, or leg use. Note: this model requires a power outlet and is not cordless—ensure the connector clicks in before use.

How does the shiatsu mechanism relieve tight neck and shoulder muscles?

The massager uses 16 rotating nodes arranged to mimic the motion of professional deep-kneading massage. The rotation pattern and pressure loosen stiff fibers and promote a relaxing sensation in targeted areas without complex setup.

• 16 deep-kneading nodes for concentrated pressure
• Bi-directional rotation to cover muscle groups evenly
• Long handles to adjust intensity and reach

What does the heat function do and is it safe to use?

A built-in infrared heat feature warms tissues up to about 104°F (40°C), enhancing comfort during the massage. Heat can be enabled or disabled independently and the device includes a 15-minute auto shut-off plus overheat protection for added safety.

• Gentle infrared warmth for added relaxation
• Independent heat control to customize sessions
• 15-minute auto shut-off and thermal protection

How do you control intensity and fit the massager to different areas?

Three speed levels let you select a softer or stronger massage, while the flexible design and long strap handles let you increase pressure or relocate the pillow to shoulders, mid-back, waist, or legs. The straightforward control panel makes switching modes fast and intuitive.

• Three adjustable speed settings for personalized intensity
• Strap handles let you increase pressure and target specific spots
• Ergonomic shape fits neck, shoulders, upper back, waist, or legs

What should I know about power, materials, and maintenance?

The unit is powered by an AC adapter (included) and must remain plugged into an outlet during use; a car adapter is not provided. The exterior uses PU leather with breathable mesh for easy wiping and user comfort—ideal for frequent everyday use.
