MUNBYN 4x6 Thermal Shipping Labels — 500-Label Roll, Direct-Thermal, Smudge-Resistant

MUNBYN 4x6 Thermal Shipping Labels are direct-thermal, adhesive mailing labels sold as a single 500-label roll designed for fast, smudge-resistant printing of shipping and postage barcodes.

These 4" x 6" labels provide a ready-to-print solution for e-commerce fulfillment, returns, and postage printing without needing ink or toner. The roll contains 500 perforated, peel-and-stick labels on a 4.7" (120mm) core and is formulated for crisp barcode and address printing using direct thermal mechanisms. They are constructed to resist water, oil, and abrasion while using upgraded thermal paper that meets safety expectations around bisphenol chemicals.

Which printers work with these 4x6 labels?

These labels are built for direct-thermal desktop and commercial label printers, not for laser or inkjet machines. They are listed as compatible with a wide range of popular direct-thermal models and thermal brand compatibles, but they are not compatible with Dymo and Brother label systems that use unique formats.

• Works with: Munbyn RW402B, 130B, 941BP, 129B, 941U, RW401AP, RW403B
• Also compatible with: Rollo, Phomemo, Arkscan, Idprt, Beeprt and many generic direct thermal printers
• Not for: laser printers, inkjet printers, Dymo and Brother label printers

How durable and readable are the prints?

The thermal paper is upgraded to deliver sharp black print and clear barcodes that scan reliably at packing stations. It features enhanced surface hardness to reduce smudging and scuffing during transit and handling, while remaining easy to peel and stick.

• High contrast thermal coating for clear addresses and barcodes
• Improved resistance to scratches, dirt, and light moisture
• Perforated roll format speeds label separation and application

Will these labels stay stuck to packages during shipping?

Each label uses a strong, pressure-sensitive adhesive engineered to adhere firmly to corrugated boxes, poly mailers, paper envelopes, and other common shipping surfaces. The aggressive tack is designed to remain secure through handling and transport when applied to clean, dry surfaces.

• Premium-grade adhesive bonds quickly and holds under normal shipping conditions
• Peel-and-stick application saves time during fulfillment runs
• Works across different packaging materials—cardboard, plastic, kraft, and coated mailers

Can I use these labels with shipping platforms and postage services?

Yes — the 4x6 format is the industry standard for carrier and marketplace postage. These labels integrate seamlessly with popular postage and selling platforms so you can print postage, shipping addresses, and return labels directly from your e-commerce dashboard.

• Compatible with USPS, FedEx and other carrier label formats
• Prints directly from Shopify, Etsy, eBay, PayPal, Poshmark and marketplace postage tools
• Works with thermal printing setups used by small businesses and fulfillment centers

Who is this for: Sellers, fulfillment teams, and small businesses that require consistent, professional 4" x 6" shipping labels on demand. If you rely on direct thermal printing for postage and shipping, need a large roll for high-volume packing, and want labels that resist smearing and water exposure, this 500-label MUNBYN roll is designed to simplify labeling and speed up your packing workflow.
