Mind Reader Mesh Trash Can Set of 2 — Metal Mesh Wastebaskets, Black 5-Gallon, Ventilated Durable Design

The Mind Reader Mesh Trash Can set is two sturdy 5-gallon metal wastebaskets with a ventilated mesh design that keeps small spaces neat and reduces odor buildup.

These matching black metal mesh bins combine a minimalist look with functional airflow and durable construction. Each unit measures 9.75" x 9.75" x 12.25" and features a reinforced rim and solid steel base, giving you a compact, reliable waste solution for offices, dorms, bathrooms, or classrooms. The set of two lets you place a bin where you need it most or use them together for simple sorting of recyclables and trash.

How do these mesh wastebaskets cut down on odors and moisture?

The perforated metal sides allow consistent air circulation, which helps dampen trapped humidity and stale air compared with sealed containers. Better airflow reduces the chance of lingering smells and helps small paper or soft-waste items dry out faster.

• Ventilated steel mesh promotes steady airflow through the bin
• Open-top design makes emptying quick and mess-free
• Solid steel base prevents sagging and limits contact with spilled liquids

Are these trash cans strong enough for daily use in offices and homes?

Yes — each wastebasket is built from reinforced steel mesh with a rolled rim for extra strength where it matters. The construction resists bending and keeps the bin’s shape over time, while the solid base supports moderate loads without warping.

• Reinforced rim protects the top edge from dents and rough handling
• Durable steel mesh body withstands routine use and moving
• Stable solid base prevents tipping and supports typical office waste

Will these fit under desks or in small rooms, and do they take trash bags?

The compact square footprint (9.75" x 9.75") and 12.25" height fit neatly under many desks, beside vanities, or in closet corners. They accept standard small liners if you prefer a bag, but they also work fine without a liner for dry waste like paper and wrappers.

• 5-gallon capacity balances space efficiency with usable volume
• Square shape maximizes corner and under-desk placement
• Simple open-top design supports bag use or bare-bin disposal

How should I clean and maintain these metal mesh bins?

Maintenance is straightforward: wipe with a damp cloth or rinse with warm, soapy water for a deeper clean, then dry thoroughly to avoid surface rust. The durable finish tolerates regular cleaning, and the rolled rim makes wiping the top edge comfortable and safe.

• Wipe with a soft cloth for daily upkeep
• Rinse and air-dry for occasional deep cleaning
• Keep dry when possible to preserve the metal finish

Who is this for? The Mind Reader Mesh Trash Can set of two is ideal for anyone wanting low-profile, reliable waste containers that blend into modern interiors. Choose this set if you need compact bins for home offices, classrooms, dorm rooms, bathrooms, or shared workspaces where ventilation, durability, and a clean silhouette matter. Use them as standalone bins across rooms or pair them for simple waste-sorting without taking up much floor space.
