Micro Ingredients Ultra Omega 3-6-9 Softgels 300ct Lemon Flavor — 3600mg Per Serving, Burpless Enteric-Coated

Micro Ingredients Ultra Omega 3-6-9 delivers a balanced, high-potency blend of fish, flaxseed, and borage oils in burpless lemon-flavored softgels for convenient daily omegas.

This formula combines purified Norwegian fish oil with flaxseed and borage oils to provide a broad spectrum of omega-3, -6, and -9 fatty acids in a single three-softgel serving. Each pouch contains 300 enteric-coated softgels designed to minimize aftertaste and reduce fishy burps, while third-party testing ensures the oils meet purity standards and are free from mercury and common allergens like gluten and soy.

How much omega does one serving deliver and what’s inside?

A standard serving of three softgels supplies 3,600 mg total oil across three sources: fish oil, flaxseed oil, and borage oil. The blend is formulated to provide concentrated amounts of long-chain EPA/DHA from fish oil alongside plant-based alpha-linolenic acid and gamma-linolenic acid.

• 1200 mg fish oil per serving (purified, wild-caught Norwegian source)
• 1200 mg flaxseed oil per serving (plant-based omega-3)
• 1200 mg borage oil per serving (source of omega-6 GLA)
• Enteric-coated, lemon-flavored softgels to reduce aftertaste

Will these softgels cause fishy burps or upset digestion?

The softgels use enteric coating and a lemon flavoring to help reduce the common fishy aftertaste that can occur with marine oils. Enteric coating delays dissolution until the capsule reaches the intestine, improving tolerability for many users.

• Burpless enteric coating minimizes fishy returns
• Lemon flavor masks marine oil taste
• Large 300-count pouch for less frequent repurchasing

How is purity and safety ensured for this omega blend?

Micro Ingredients subjects raw materials and finished products to third-party lab testing to confirm absence of heavy metals, such as mercury, and common contaminants. The product is formulated without GMO ingredients, gluten, dairy, soy, tree nuts, artificial colors, or preservatives.

• Wild-caught Norwegian fish oil, purified to remove contaminants
• Non-GMO ingredients and allergen-free formulation
• Third-party testing for potency and safety standards

How should I use these softgels and who should consider them?

Take the supplement as directed on the label—typically one serving (three softgels) daily with food to enhance absorption. As with any supplement, consult a healthcare professional if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or have a medical condition.

• Recommended: take with meals to improve fatty acid absorption
• One pouch contains 300 softgels—supply lasts about 100 servings
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight

Who this is for: Micro Ingredients Ultra Omega 3-6-9 is suited for adults seeking a comprehensive omega blend in a single, high-dose supplement—especially those who prefer a lemon-flavored, burpless capsule and want a non-GMO, allergen-conscious option with third-party purity verification. It can appeal to people who want both marine-based EPA/DHA and plant-based omegas in one product, as well as buyers looking for a large 300-count supply to reduce refill frequency.
