This single-ingredient powder captures the bright, tart-sweet flavor of pomegranate in a convenient, shelf-stable form. The product is USDA Organic, non-GMO, and vegan friendly—packaged with a scoop for easy measuring and portion control.

How do I use this powder in smoothies, shakes, and drinks?

Micro Ingredients pomegranate powder mixes smoothly into cold or room-temperature liquids and blends well in protein shakes, smoothies, and mocktails. Start with the included scoop and adjust to taste; the powder dissolves quickly and adds both flavor and color without diluting a recipe.

• Two-scoop serving ≈ 5 g; adjust to desired intensity.
• Stir into 8–12 oz of water, juice, or plant milk for a fruity beverage.
• Blend with yogurt or frozen fruit for vibrant smoothies.
• Use in hot drinks after cooling slightly to preserve flavor.

What makes freeze-dried, cold-pressed powder different from regular juice?

Freeze-drying removes water at low temperatures, preserving flavor compounds and natural pigments without heat damage. Cold pressing before freeze-drying helps retain the fresh-pressed taste of the fruit, giving a concentrated powder that stores longer and is easier to measure than fresh juice.

• Low-heat processing preserves more delicate flavors and color.
• Concentrated form reduces storage space and spoilage risk.
• Easy to reconstitute for drinks or to add directly to recipes.
• No liquid waste; ideal for travel, pantry use, and small kitchens.

How much should I use and how long does a 1 lb pouch last?

The pouch contains approximately a 1-pound supply with a scoop included for consistent servings. Typical use (two scoops ≈ 5 g) can stretch up to around 90 days depending on serving size and frequency, making it easy to budget servings into your routine.

• One pouch = 1 lb of freeze-dried pomegranate juice powder.
• Two-scoop serving ≈ 5 g; about 90 servings if used sparingly.
• Store in a cool, dry place; reseal after use to maintain freshness.
• Scoop included ensures repeatable dosing for recipes and drinks.

Can I cook or bake with this powder, and how does it affect recipes?

Pomegranate juice powder adds concentrated flavor, color, and fruit notes to baked goods, dressings, sauces, and frostings. Because it’s concentrated, reduce or omit additional liquid or sugar in recipes and add gradually to balance taste and texture.

• Works well in dry mixes, pancake batters, and glazes for bright color.
• Add to yogurt, oatmeal, or chia puddings for quick flavor boosts.
• Mix into dry rubs or vinaigrettes for tangy notes without extra liquid.
• Adjust liquids in recipes when substituting for fresh juice.

Who is this for? Micro Ingredients Organic Pomegranate Juice Powder is suited for home cooks, smoothie enthusiasts, busy people who want fruit flavor without refrigeration, and anyone wanting a versatile, shelf-stable fruit powder for recipes. It’s attractive to those following plant-based, non-GMO, or organic-focused lifestyles and to users who prefer portion control and longer pantry life compared with fresh juice or whole fruit.
