• Retains flavor balance in hot liquids without separating.
• Scoop included for reliable portioning per cup or recipe.

Will this sweetener work in baking and cooking the same as sugar?

You can use the monk fruit + allulose blend in many baked goods where sweetness and moisture are important. While it closely replicates sugar’s taste and texture, you may need slight recipe adjustments for volume or browning depending on the recipe.

• Substitutes well cup-for-cup in many recipes, with minor tweaks for texture.
• Helps baked items brown and retain moisture better than some sweeteners.
• Use the included scoop to maintain consistent ratios across batches.
• Works in sauces, dressings, and stovetop recipes that require melting.

Is this product suitable for keto, vegan, or allergy-conscious diets?

Yes — the product is keto-friendly and plant-based, making it suitable for vegan diets. The formulation is free from soy, dairy, and gluten, and it’s processed in a cGMP-compliant facility and third-party tested to help ensure purity.

• Keto-appropriate zero-calorie sweetener blend.
• Vegan formula using plant-derived monk fruit extract.
• Free from soy, dairy, and gluten for allergy-sensitive users.

How do I measure and store the 2 lb bag to keep freshness?

The bag includes a scoop to simplify measuring and ensure consistent sweetness each use. Store the resealable bag in a cool, dry pantry away from direct sunlight to preserve flavor and texture for longer.

• Scoop provides reliable serving sizes for recipes and drinks.
• Resealable packaging helps prevent clumping and moisture exposure.
