Metamucil Fiber Thins Cinnamon Spice — 4-Pack (12‑Serving Boxes), 5g Psyllium Fiber, Low‑Calorie Snack

Metamucil Fiber Thins Cinnamon Spice are a crunchy, on-the-go snack that provides 5 grams of psyllium husk fiber per serving to help you add daily fiber easily.

Many people fall short of recommended fiber intake; Metamucil Fiber Thins are formulated to help close that gap with a plant-based source of soluble fiber (psyllium husk) in a tasty, low-calorie format. Each individually wrapped serving delivers 5 grams of dietary fiber and about 100 calories, making it simple to slot extra fiber into busy mornings, commutes, or lunchboxes. These cinnamon spice–flavored Fiber Thins come in a pack of four boxes, each containing 12 servings, and they're suitable for adults and children age 4 and older.

How do Fiber Thins fit into my daily routine?

They’re designed for convenience and consistency: grab a single wrapped serving whenever you need a fiber boost. Many customers pair a Fiber Thin with coffee, tea, or yogurt, or enjoy it alone between meals to help with fullness.

• Individually wrapped servings for easy transport and portion control
• Works as a quick breakfast add-on or midafternoon snack
• About 100 calories and 5 g fiber per serving—fits into most meal plans

What is the fiber source and how is it different from other snacks?

Metamucil Fiber Thins use psyllium husk, a soluble, plant-based fiber that swells when taken with liquid. Unlike sugary or highly processed snacks, these are engineered to provide measurable fiber without excess calories.

• Contains psyllium husk powder as the primary fiber ingredient
• Delivers a consistent 5 g dietary fiber per serving
• Lower calorie option compared with many indulgent snack bars

How should I take Fiber Thins for best effect?

Enjoy them with a full glass of fluid to support the psyllium's natural expansion. Follow package directions and adjust timing to fit your schedule—many people eat one serving with breakfast or as a snack to help them feel satisfied between meals.

• Consume with a full glass of water or other beverage
• Suitable for adults and kids age 4+; follow package guidance
• Store separately in a cool, dry place; each serving is individually wrapped

Are there flavors and packing options available?

Yes—Metamucil Fiber Thins come in several flavors so you can pick what suits your taste. This listing is for Cinnamon Spice in a 4-pack format with 12 wrapped servings per box, and alternate flavors include Chocolate and Apple Crisp.
