MEANLIN MEASURE 4" Liquid-Filled Pressure Gauge 0–60 PSI, 1/4" NPT Lower Mount with 1/2" & 3/8" Bushings, Stainless Steel

This gauge combines a large, easy-to-read 4" face with a liquid-filled stainless steel case to reduce needle vibration and prolong lifespan in wet or vibrating environments. It reads 0–60 psi and operates in typical outdoor and mechanical settings between 32–131°F (0–55°C). Included hex bushings adapt the lower-mount 1/4" NPT connection to 1/2" and 3/8" NPT fittings, offering flexible installation on pumps, sand filters, and other plumbing fixtures.

How will this gauge improve my pool or sand filter maintenance?

Regular pressure readings tell you when a filter needs backwashing or when the pump is under abnormal load. The large 4" dial makes it simple to spot pressure changes at a glance, and the liquid filling steadies the pointer for clearer readings in choppy flow or vibrating systems.

• 0–60 psi range suited to residential pool and filtration systems
• Liquid-filled chamber reduces needle jitter for reliable readings
• 4" face increases readability from a distance
• Stainless steel case resists corrosion in wet environments

What fittings and mounting options does the gauge offer?

This model ships with a lower-mount 1/4" NPT thread as the primary connection point and includes two hex bushings to adapt to common plumbing sizes. The lower-mount orientation is ideal for panel or valve-mounted installations where the dial needs to face outward and remain visible.

• Standard 1/4" NPT lower mount thread (nominal pipe size)
• Includes 1/2" NPT and 3/8" NPT hex bushings for adaptability
• Nominal NPT sizing note: thread label is not the actual inner diameter
• Lower mount suits inline, panel, and pump-top placements

How durable and accurate is the MEANLIN MEASURE gauge in real conditions?

The stainless steel body and liquid fill protect internal parts from moisture and vibration, extending usable life in outdoors and mechanical rooms. While not a precision laboratory instrument, it delivers dependable field-level accuracy for typical plumbing and pool maintenance needs.

• Stainless steel construction for rust resistance
• Liquid fill minimizes pointer bounce and wear
• Operating temperature range 32–131°F (0–55°C)
• Designed for repeatable field readings rather than laboratory calibration

How do I install and care for this pressure gauge?

Installation is straightforward: thread the gauge into the lower-mount fitting or use the included hex bushings to match your system's NPT size. Avoid overtightening and use thread sealant rated for water systems; periodically inspect for leaks and mechanical damage.

• Use appropriate thread sealant for water applications
• Do not overtighten — snug plus a fraction of a turn is sufficient
• Check seals and fittings periodically for leaks or corrosion
• Keep within specified temperature range to prevent damage

Who is this for: Installers, pool owners, and maintenance professionals who need a robust, easy-to-read field gauge for residential and light-commercial water systems. If you want a corrosion-resistant 4" dial that tames vibration and adapts to common NPT fittings, the MEANLIN MEASURE 0–60 PSI liquid-filled pressure gauge is a practical choice for regular diagnostics, filter monitoring, and pump troubleshooting.
