Mead Primary Journal Composition Notebook 7.5 x 9.75 Red – K–2 Story Tablet with 100 Sheets & Sewn Binding

This Mead Primary Journal (7.5" x 9.75") gives young learners a purposeful page layout for early writing and storytelling. With 100 double-sided sheets, a manuscript alphabet on the inside cover, and durable sewn binding, the notebook balances illustration space with structured primary ruling to support letter formation and creative expression.

How does the page layout support early handwriting and art?

Each sheet splits the page: the upper half is left blank for drawings, and the lower half features solid and dotted primary ruled lines for guided handwriting practice. This dual design encourages students to pair pictures with sentences, reinforcing narrative skills while practicing penmanship.
