Which mower models and OEM numbers does this blade replace?

The 331528B replaces a variety of widely used OEM numbers and fits many popular 21-inch mower models. It is compatible with specific series and model lists from Cub Cadet, Troy-Bilt, MTD and some Craftsman machines. Always verify the OEM number stamped on your existing blade against the list below to confirm a precise match.

What are the blade’s dimensions and mounting details?

This replacement blade measures 21 inches in length and 2-1/4 inches in width, sized for 21-inch cutting decks. Its bow-tie center hole layout includes a 5/16" outside hole diameter and 2.5" center-to-center spacing to match compatible spindles and adapters. Proper alignment of these measurements with your mower’s spindle holes is essential for safe installation.

• Overall length: 21.0 inches.
• Width: 2.25 inches at the widest cutting surface.
• Bow-tie center hole: 5/16" outside hole diameter; 2.5" center-to-center spacing.
• Designed for 21-inch cutting decks on specified mower models.

How is the blade finished and prepared out of the box?

Maxpower blades are sharpened during manufacture and receive a powder-coat finish to protect the edge in transit and storage. The powder coat protects against light corrosion; it will wear off during the first mowing to reveal the sharpened cutting edge ready to mulch. This preparation reduces the need for initial sharpening while keeping the blade protected until installation.

• Pre-sharpened edge for immediate cutting performance.
• Powder-coat finish protects blade during shipping and storage.
• Coating naturally clears with first use to expose the precision edge.
• Manufactured to meet or exceed common OEM specifications.
