Margaux & May Waterproof Crib Mattress Protector — Standard 28 x 52, Quilted Bamboo Top & Double TPU Barrier

Margaux & May Waterproof Crib Mattress Protector is a quilted, Oeko-TEX® certified crib cover that combines a plush bamboo-derived top with a fully waterproof double TPU barrier to shield standard 28" x 52" cribs from leaks and spills.

Designed for everyday accidents and to preserve the life of a crib mattress, this protector pairs a fast-absorbing, viscose-from-bamboo surface with a whisper-quiet, breathable construction. The fitted 360° skirt uses high-stretch elastic to lock the protector in place, while the machine-washable, shrink-resistant build makes routine cleaning simple. Oeko-TEX® certification assures textile safety without harsh chemicals, ideal for nursery use where comfort and cleanliness matter.

How quickly does the top layer handle spills and nighttime accidents?

The quilted top is made from viscose derived from bamboo and is engineered to soak up moisture fast, helping reduce surface wetness and keeping babies more comfortable. Its plush structure pushes liquids into the absorbent layers without feeling heavy or noisy to the touch.

• Thick, fast-absorbing viscose bamboo top for rapid liquid uptake
• Quilted texture disperses moisture to minimize soggy spots
• Soft, cushioned surface remains quiet during movement

Will it truly stop leaks and protect my mattress?

Yes — two layers of TPU form a continuous waterproof barrier beneath the quilted surface to block spills, diaper leaks, and other moisture from reaching the mattress. The materials are selected to prevent seepage while preserving breathability and comfort for little ones.

• Double TPU waterproof membrane for complete liquid protection
• Seam design and full-coverage skirt prevent under-edge seepage
• Extends mattress life by keeping foam and fabrics dry

How secure and compatible is the fit with standard crib mattresses?

The protector features a 360° fitted skirt with high-stretch elastic that hugs standard 28" x 52" crib mattresses to stop shifting or bunching. The snug fit helps maintain a smooth sleep surface and reduces the need for frequent readjustments during the night.

• High-stretch elastic skirt for a stay-put fit on 28" x 52" cribs
• Wraparound coverage prevents sliding and bunching
• Designed for standard crib mattress depths and profiles

How do I care for this protector so it keeps shape and performance?

The Margaux & May protector is machine-washable and dryer-safe, formulated to resist shrinkage and retain its softness and waterproof qualities after repeated laundering. Follow gentle cycle and low-heat dryer settings to maximize lifespan and maintain the textile's plush feel.

• Machine-washable for easy cleaning of everyday messes
• Dryer-safe on low heat to preserve elasticity and waterproofing
• Durable construction resists shrinkage and surface wear
