Manitoba Harvest Organic Hemp Hearts Shelled Hemp Seeds 18 oz — USDA Organic, 10g Plant Protein

Manitoba Harvest Organic Hemp Hearts are shelled hemp seeds that deliver a nutty flavor, plant-based protein and essential omegas ready to sprinkle or blend straight from the bag.

These Hemp Hearts are the inner, tender kernels of the hemp seed—shelled to be soft, mild and ready-to-eat without grinding or cooking. Each serving offers about 10 grams of plant protein and double-digit grams of combined omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, making them a compact way to boost nutrition. Produced with a seed-to-shelf process in a BRC-certified facility, the product is USDA Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified and shelf-stable for easy pantry storage.

How do Hemp Hearts fit into everyday meals?

Hemp Hearts have a light, nutty taste that blends easily into sweet and savory dishes without overpowering them. They don't need prepping — simply sprinkle or stir them into recipes for immediate texture and nutrition.

• Sprinkle on salads or roasted vegetables for crunchy, protein-rich topping
• Mix into yogurt, oatmeal or cereal for extra creaminess and nutrients
• Blend into smoothies for a protein and healthy-fat boost without changing flavor
• Use in baking or as a finishing garnish on soups and grain bowls

What nutrients do these shelled hemp seeds provide?

Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts concentrate the most nutritious part of the hemp seed: plant protein, essential fatty acids and several minerals and B-vitamins. They supply substantial protein and healthy fats per serving, plus iron, magnesium, zinc and B6 among other micronutrients.

• Approximately 10 g plant-based protein per 30 g serving
• Double-digit grams of combined omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids per serving
• Good source of iron, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese and B vitamins
• Only about 1 g net carbs per serving (as noted on the label)

Are these Hemp Hearts safe for special diets and how are they certified?

Yes — they’re formulated to work with many diet plans and have recognized certifications that verify the sourcing and processing standards. Manitoba Harvest follows strict quality controls from planting to packaging to deliver consistent product integrity.
