Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts Shelled Hemp Seeds 24 oz — Plant Protein & Omega Fatty Acids

Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts are ready-to-eat shelled hemp seeds that deliver plant-based protein and omega fatty acids to boost meals with a mild, nutty flavor.

These 24 oz hemp hearts are the soft, nutrient-rich centers of hemp seeds, pre-shelled so you don’t need to grind or cook them. Harvested and processed with rigorous safety standards, they’re a convenient pantry staple for adding protein, healthy fats, and texture to everyday dishes. Non-GMO Project Verified and produced in a BRC-certified facility, Manitoba Harvest controls the process from seed selection to packaging to help ensure consistent quality.

How do Hemp Hearts fit into my daily meals?

Hemp Hearts blend easily into sweet or savory foods without changing flavor substantially. Use them as a topping, mix-in, or smoothie ingredient to boost nutrition and add a gentle crunch.

• Sprinkle 1–3 tablespoons on salads, yogurt, oatmeal, or cereal
• Stir into smoothies for extra protein and creaminess
• Mix into baked goods, energy bars, or pantry dressings
• Eat straight from the bag as a quick snack or garnish

What nutrition do these shelled seeds provide per serving?

A typical 30 g serving supplies a notable amount of plant-based protein and a balance of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. They also contribute calories from healthy fats and offer a digestible seed option without the fibrous shell.

• Approximately 10 g of plant protein per 30 g serving
• About 10 g combined omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids per serving
• Softer texture than whole hemp seed—no grinding required
• Comparable or higher in some nutrients than flax or chia by serving

Are these hemp hearts suitable for special diets and food safety standards?

Yes—Manitoba Harvest formulates these shelled seeds to be compatible with many dietary preferences and follows strict quality controls. The product is verified non-GMO and made in a facility certified to global food-safety standards.

• Non-GMO Project Verified
• Vegan, kosher, gluten-free, and friendly for keto and paleo plans
• Processed in a BRC-certified facility for elevated food safety
• Seed-to-shelf oversight ensures traceability and consistent quality

How should I store and use a 24 oz bag for best freshness?

Keep hemp hearts in a cool, dry place and seal the bag after opening to preserve flavor and oils. For longer storage, refrigeration or freezing will help maintain freshness over months.

• Seal the original bag or transfer to an airtight container
• Store in pantry for short term; refrigerate for extended shelf life
• Use within recommended time on the package after opening
• Add to recipes at the end of cooking for best nutrient retention
