M MANUEKLEAR 24-Inch 3-Grip Tricep Rope Cable Attachment — Extended ROM, Neoprene Handles

This cable attachment rethinks the standard tricep rope with a longer cord, three distinct hand positions, and neoprene-wrapped handles for non-slip comfort. Built for compatibility with standard pulley systems and backed by a U.S. design patent (US D1018722 S), it lets lifters vary angles and muscle stretch without swapping tools. Whether you're training at a commercial gym or a home setup, the durable strap, reinforced D-ring, and ergonomic grips aim to make each rep more controlled and effective.

How does the three-grip layout change my workouts?

The three-position handle layout lets you quickly alter leverage and wrist alignment to emphasize different fibers and joint paths during cable movements. Switching between lower, middle, and upper grips changes the arc of pull, enabling deeper extension or more concentrated contraction without changing attachments.

• Lower grip: targets long-head emphasis and wider motion.
• Middle grip: balanced tension for standard pushdowns and extensions.
• Upper grip: closer hand placement for focused contraction and tighter form.

Will the longer 24-inch length actually increase range of motion?

The extra length provides more travel behind and below the body compared with ordinary ropes, permitting a fuller stretch on extensions and a stronger peak contraction at lockout. That extra excursion helps you load the muscle through a larger portion of its path while maintaining control.

• Extended rear travel for deeper overhead extensions.
• Greater forward reach for complete pushdown lockouts.
• Useful for face pulls and cable crossovers needing longer clearance.

Is the grip comfortable and secure during heavy sets?

Soft neoprene sleeves wrap the handles to cushion the hands while offering a non-slip surface in sweaty conditions. The ergonomic shape keeps your wrist in a natural alignment, reducing grip fatigue and helping you focus on smooth movement rather than readjusting the rope.

• Latex-free neoprene for a firm, sweat-resistant hold.
• Textured, ergonomically contoured handles to reduce pressure points.
• Reinforced connection hardware for safe heavy loading.

What machines and exercises is this compatible with?

The attachment fits any standard cable machine, pulley station, or home gym with a typical carabiner connection. It’s versatile for tricep pushdowns, overhead extensions, face pulls, cable crossovers, core pulls, and accessory work across many training styles.

• Universal D-ring for common carabiners and clips.
• Thick, reinforced strap designed for repeated heavy use.
• Works equally well on single or dual-pulley setups and functional trainers.

Who is this for: Lifters who want a single, durable cable attachment that expands exercise variety and range without cluttering their gym bag. Ideal for athletes aiming to increase muscle stretch and contraction during cable work, home gym users seeking compact versatility, and trainers who need a reliable, patent-backed rope for client programming. If you prefer equipment that reduces wrist strain while letting you fine-tune angles and grips, this 24-inch 3-grip rope delivers a practical, robust option.
