Preserve a moment with a three-dimensional hand impression made at home. This LTDSOAR kit supplies everything needed to create a polished display piece for anniversaries, weddings, family gatherings, or a heartfelt gift. The package includes full-size molding and casting powders, a small practice kit, painting supplies, and a wooden base so you can finish and show off your piece right away.

What comes in the box and why does each item matter?

The kit contains both full and practice quantities of molding and casting powders, plus tools and finishing materials so you can complete a portrait-quality hand sculpture without shopping for extras.

• Two sizes of casting powder (2.2 lb and 0.11 lb) for the main cast and practice piece.
• Two sizes of molding powder (0.88 lb and 0.11 lb) to capture fine details and an initial trial run.
• Wooden base, barrel mold, stirring sticks, bamboo skewers, and sanding paper for assembly and refining.
• Three metallic paints (gold, silver, pearl white), brushes, ribbon and greeting card to personalize the finished keepsake.

How easy is it to use this hand casting kit at home?

LTDSOAR designed the kit for home use with clear instructions and a practice supply so you can rehearse before making the final cast. The process is straightforward: mix molding powder, form the mold around the hands, pour the casting material, and finish with sanding and paint.

• Step-by-step manual with tips for timing and positioning hands.
• Practice kit reduces mistakes and builds confidence for the main cast.
• Non-toxic, skin-safe materials suitable for supervised use by children and adults.
• Included tools cover mixing, molding, casting, sanding, and painting stages.

Will the finished sculpture capture small details like fingerprints?

Yes — the formulation of both the molding and casting powders is intended to reproduce fine lines and textures. With careful molding and correct setting times, the resulting sculpture will show clear contours and fingerprint patterns suitable for display.

• Molding powder designed to capture delicate lines and skin texture.
• Casting material flows into the mold to preserve fine details once set.
• Sanding papers included to smooth imperfections before painting.
• Three paint choices let you enhance contrast and highlight details on the finished piece.

How long does the entire project take from start to finish?

Project time varies with drying and curing steps; active hands-on work is typically under an hour, while full curing and finishing can take several hours to a day. The practice kit helps you estimate exact timing before making the final cast.

• Mixing and molding: 10–20 minutes depending on two-person coordination.
• Setting time for molds: usually 20–40 minutes (follow included guide).
• Casting pour and initial set: 30–60 minutes; full cure may require longer.
• Sanding, painting and display prep: 30–90 minutes depending on finish level.
