LIVEBOX Scalloped Jute-Look Outdoor Rug 3'x5' Tan — Washable, Non-Slip Low-Pile

The LIVEBOX Scalloped Easy Jute 3x5 Outdoor Rug is a washable, low‑pile tan area rug with a scalloped geometric pattern and a non‑slip TPE backing designed for indoor and outdoor use.

This lightweight 3'x5' rug combines a neutral, braided look with practical performance: durable polyester construction that mimics jute, a unique wave scalloped motif for visual interest, and a textured TPE backing to keep it in place on patios, porches, kitchens, and entryways. It’s thin enough not to block doors, easy to clean with a hose or machine wash on cold, and made to resist shedding so it stays neat in busy, high‑traffic areas.

How does the scalloped design change the feel of a porch or entryway?

The distinctive wavy scalloped pattern adds subtle architectural detail without overpowering a space, creating a modern farmhouse look that suits both indoor and outdoor settings. The pattern's simplicity complements wood, tile, and concrete surfaces while disguising light dirt and foot traffic.

• Visual interest from curved scalloped edges and geometric elements
• Neutral tan tone coordinates with most color palettes
• Conceals minor stains and footprints between cleanings
• Works as a layered rug or stand‑alone door mat

Is this rug easy to maintain for outdoor use?

Yes — the LIVEBOX rug is built for low maintenance. Its polyester construction resists cracking and fraying, and the low‑pile surface vacuums clean or rinses off with a hose; machine washing on cold is also possible if needed, with air drying recommended.

• Hose off mud and dirt, then air dry
• Vacuum or sweep for daily upkeep
• Machine wash cold for deeper cleaning; avoid high heat drying
• Lay flat or place weight to smooth creases after unpacking

Will this rug stay in place and safe around kids and pets?

The rug has a non‑slip TPE backing that helps keep it snug on clean, dry floors; it’s thin and low‑profile so door clearance isn’t an issue. While the braided look is durable, pet claws can catch on threads, so regular inspection is recommended in homes with very active pets.

• TPE non‑slip backing reduces shifting on hard floors
• Low pile prevents tripping and door obstruction
• Recommended to place on a clean, dry surface for best grip
• Monitor pets for snagging; trim claws or choose placement accordingly

How will size and packing affect setup right out of the box?

The 3x5 rug ships folded in a compact package and may arrive with creases. Unfolding and smoothing the rug, or placing a heavy object like a book on flat spots for a couple of days, will minimize lines and restore the intended flat appearance.

• Ships folded; expect initial creases
• Lay flat or weight down to flatten quickly
• Safe to use immediately; creases fade with time and use
• Perfect fit for small patios, entryways, and RV floors
