Lepro LED Camping Lantern Green — 1000LM Portable Lantern with 4 Modes & D-Cell Power

Lepro's 1000-lumen battery lantern is a portable, multi-mode LED light built for campsites, workshops, and emergency kits. This compact green lantern delivers high-output illumination with adjustable brightness and four selectable light modes, designed for hands-free use and reliable outdoor performance. It runs on three D-cell alkaline batteries (not included), offers splash protection for wet conditions, and includes both a top handle and bottom hook so you can hang or carry it where you need light.

How bright is this lantern and can I dim it for different tasks?

The lantern reaches up to 1000 lumens for wide-area lighting and supports dimming so you can lower output for reading or conserve batteries. A long press on the control adjusts intensity smoothly between low and maximum brightness.

• Maximum 1000 lumens for campsite or shelter illumination
• Long-press dimming control for precise brightness levels
• Usable at low output for close-up tasks like reading or cooking

What lighting modes does it have and when would I use them?

Four modes let you pick the color temperature and function that best fits the situation: daylight white for clear visibility, warm white for a softer atmosphere, full brightness for maximum illumination, and a flashing mode for signaling. Mode changes are quick with a short press of the button, useful when conditions change fast.

• Daylight white for high-detail tasks or working by the tent
• Warm white to create a comfortable, lower-glare environment
• Full-brightness setting for group areas or emergency light
• Flashing/strobe for attention or safety signaling

How long will the batteries last and what power source does it use?

The lantern runs on three D alkaline batteries (not included) and is optimized for extended runtime. Even at the highest 1000-lumen setting it can provide many hours of continuous illumination under normal conditions, and lower settings significantly extend battery life.

• Operates on 3 × D-cell alkaline batteries (user-supplied)
• Long-life design for multi-hour use at high output
• Lower brightness settings provide longer runtimes for overnight use

Is this lantern suitable for outdoor use and how can I install it while camping?

The lantern carries an IPX4 splash-resistance rating, protecting it from rain or splashing water during outdoor activities. It includes both a metal top handle and a bottom hook so you can hang it inside a tent, on a branch, or carry it like a traditional lantern for hands-free lighting.

• IPX4 protection against splashing from any direction
• Top metal handle and bottom hook for hanging or carrying
• Removable cover for cleaning or changing bulbs if needed

Who is this for?

This Lepro 1000LM lantern is made for weekend campers, backyard hosts, emergency-preparedness kits, and anyone needing a dependable portable light. If you want a straightforward, battery-powered lantern with multiple brightness and color options, splash resistance, and flexible mounting, this model offers practical features without complex setup.
