LEGO Minecraft Mooshroom House 500-Piece Playset – Red Mooshroom Island with Steve, Phantom & Accessories

The LEGO Minecraft The Mooshroom House set (21270) is a 500-piece, buildable playset that recreates the mushroom island experience with Steve, multiple mooshrooms, a phantom and rich accessories for creative pretend play.

This LEGO Minecraft kit turns a favorite in-game location into a hands-on model for kids and fans aged 8 and up. The set captures the quirks of a mooshroom island—mushroom-shaped architecture, farm details and the occasional hostile mob—so players can build, role-play and stage adventures away from the screen. With 500 pieces and authentic accessories, the set encourages construction skills, storytelling and cooperative play.

What comes in the box and which mini-figures are included?

The box contains 500 LEGO pieces and an array of small accessories that mirror in-game items. The mini-figure roster and props enable varied play scenarios, from farming to exploring.

• 6 figures: Steve, red mooshroom, baby red mooshroom, brown mooshroom, calico cat and a phantom.
• Accessories: netherite sword, fishing rod, hoe, cod, bowl, bread, chest and more.
• Functional builds: a mooshroom-shaped house, small farm area, boat with oars and crafting station.

How does this set recreate Minecraft mechanics for hands-on play?

The design adapts familiar Minecraft mechanics into physical elements so kids can simulate harvesting, crafting and encounters. Built props and tools let players stage tasks like farming mushrooms, fishing or fighting off a phantom.

• Farm features: wheat, mushrooms, pitcher plant and a composter to mimic resource cycles.
• Crafting and survival: furnace, crafting table and bookshelf echo in-game workflows.
• Action play: boat for water travel, netherite sword for confrontations and a phantom for aerial threats.

Is the build suitable for ages 8+ and how long does assembly take?

This set is engineered for builders aged 8 and older; complexity suits both independent builders and those who enjoy guided challenges. Build time depends on experience but typically ranges from a focused afternoon to several shorter play sessions.

• Piece count: 500 bricks—challenging but approachable for the target age.
• Instructions: paper manual compatible with the LEGO Builder app’s 3D viewing for guided assembly.
• Dimensions when built: about 16 cm high, 19 cm wide and 24 cm deep—compact display size.

What kinds of play and display value does the finished model offer?

The completed Mooshroom House works as both an interactive play environment and a display piece on a shelf. Its mix of characters, detailed accessories and modular elements supports imaginative storytelling and easy scene changes.

• Role-play scenarios: farming, fishing, exploration and monster encounters.
• Modularity: movable boat, removable roof sections and small accessory pieces for scene variation.
• Display-ready: stylized mushroom architecture makes a striking shelf piece for Minecraft fans.

Who is this for? The LEGO Minecraft The Mooshroom House is ideal for gamers who want a tactile version of Minecraft’s world, kids who enjoy constructive role-play and collectors seeking a compact, character-rich display model. It’s a thoughtful birthday or holiday gift for builders aged 8 and above, families wanting cooperative activities, and anyone who likes blending video-game nostalgia with hands-on creativity.
