LEGO Friends Cat Birthday Party & Tree House (42666) is a 321-piece playset that combines a multi-level tree house with a cat birthday celebration, minidolls, interactive accessories and open-ended storytelling elements.

This charming set invites children to build and stage a festive feline party featuring birthday cat Churro, four playful pets, and minidolls Leo and Paisley. The model emphasizes imaginative role-play and fine-motor skill development through assembly, accessorizing and staged scenes, and it pairs with the LEGO Builder app for step-by-step 3D guidance. The finished tree house is compact enough to display or carry to playdates while offering layered features for longer creative sessions.

What does the set include and how does it spark pretend play?

The package contains 321 pieces including two minidolls, five cat figures, and numerous party accessories like a fish-shaped piñata, balloons, a rotating cake table and gift elements. These components encourage kids to invent party scenarios, care for the animals, and act out celebrations.

• Two minidolls (Leo and Paisley) plus five cat figures for role-play variety
• Interactive props: piñata, rotating table, litter box, cat grass and water fountain
• Decorative items: banners, balloons, party hat, and small gifts to stage scenes

How easy is it to build and use with the LEGO Builder app?

Builders can assemble the set using conventional paper instructions or opt for the LEGO Builder app’s intuitive 3D steps and zoom features. The app also tracks progress and helps younger builders visualize complex sequences, making the build approachable without constant adult help.

• 3D instructions with rotate-and-zoom tools to follow each step
• Progress tracking to pick up where you left off
• Helpful for builders gaining confidence with intermediate complexity sets

What interactive features does the tree house offer during play?

The multi-level tree house includes several movable and tactile elements designed for hands-on storytelling. Children can spin the cake table for a shared moment, fill the piñata with treats, and use the fountain and cat toys to mimic pet-care routines.

• Rotating table to gather the cat figures around birthday cake
• Fish-shaped piñata you can fill and 'break' for pretend treats
• Functional accessories like a water fountain, litter box and cat grass for nurturing play

What are the finished model’s size and display options?

When assembled, the party scene is compact and display-friendly, measuring roughly 7 inches high by 6 inches wide and 4 inches deep. Its stable footprint makes it suitable for tabletop play, bedroom shelves, or being transported between play areas without losing small pieces.

• Finished dimensions: about 18 x 16 x 10 cm (H x W x D)
• Compact design for easy shelf display or carrying to playdates
• Piece count (321) balances build time and replayability
