LEGO Bluey Bluey’s Beach & Family Car Trip playset - 133-piece set with Starter Brick for ages 4+

LEGO Bluey's Beach & Family Car Trip (11202) is a 133-piece playset that brings Bluey, Bingo and Mum to the seaside with a buildable car, beach accessories and easy-start bricks for young builders.

This cheerful LEGO Bluey set recreates a sunny episode-style outing: kids build a family car that opens up for passengers, pack surfboards on the roof, and stage imaginative beach scenes with a sandcastle, reclining chair and playful accessories. Designed for ages 4 and up, the kit includes a large Starter Brick and single-model-per-bag construction to help preschoolers grow their building confidence while exploring storytelling and role play. The compact vehicle measures just over 3 inches high and 4 inches long, so it’s easy for small hands to carry from room to room or take on holiday.

What comes inside the box and how does it spark play?

The set contains 133 pieces that combine to form the car, beach props and three familiar minifigures — Bluey, Bingo and Mum. Accessories like surfboards, a cooler, sand-mermaid tail and a crab add simple scene-setting details that encourage children to invent adventures and act out episodes they know and love.

• 133 total pieces including 3 character minifigures and a large Starter Brick
• Buildable family car with flip-open roof and a trunk for accessories
• Beach-themed items: sandcastle components, umbrella, reclining chair and crab
• Multiple small play elements to encourage storytelling and role play

How does the Starter Brick support early builders?

The large Starter Brick and clear, simple instructions make the building process approachable for preschoolers. One buildable model per bag reduces overwhelm and helps children focus on completing a satisfying creation before moving to the next stage.

• Starter Brick offers a sturdy base for assembling the car and accessories
• One-model-per-bag keeps tasks manageable for younger kids
• Step-by-step guidance builds confidence and fine motor skills
• Pieces sized for small hands and safe for ages 4+

What play scenarios can children imagine with this set?

This kit supports a variety of short, repeatable play moments that reflect the show’s gentle humor and family focus. Kids can role-play a day trip, set up beach games, or invent rescues and races using the car and accessories, encouraging language development and cooperative play when shared.

• Recreate TV episodes or invent original seaside stories
• Build sandcastles, gear up with surfboards, or stage a picnic
• Practice social play by taking turns with characters and props
• Combine with other LEGO Bluey sets to expand scenes and narratives

How portable and displayable is the finished model?

The completed car is compact and sturdy, perfect for pretend drives across living-room carpets or for displaying on a shelf. Its flip-open roof and removable accessories make the model easy to pack away and reassemble, while the size keeps it toddler-friendly and travel-ready.

• Car measures over 3 in. (8 cm) high and 4 in. (11 cm) long
• Durable construction withstands everyday play and handling
• Accessories store in the trunk when not in use for tidy transport
• Simple parts make quick rebuilds or scene resets possible
