LEEKEY Resistance Bands Set for Pull-Up Assist — 4 Color-Coded Bands (15–125 lb), Synthetic Rubber, Carry Case

LEEKEY Resistance Bands for Pull Up Assist, Stretch Bands & Exercise Workout Set is a four-band, synthetic-rubber training kit designed for pull-up assistance, strength training, mobility work, and travel-ready home workouts.

Engineered as an all-in-one portable strength kit, this set includes four color-coded bands spanning 15–125 lbs, a compact carry case, and an illustrated guide so you can begin training right away. The bands are made from durable synthetic rubber (not TPE), chosen to maintain elasticity through frequent use and resist stiffness in changing temperatures. From assisting pull-ups to adding resistance for squats and presses, these bands cover warm-ups, rehab, and full-body workouts without taking up a lot of space.

How do these bands help with pull-ups and progressions?

The bands provide graduated assistance so you can complete more repetitions while building the specific pulling strength needed for unassisted pull-ups. Each color corresponds to a resistance range, letting you reduce assistance as you get stronger and work through micro-progressions.

• Red: 15–35 lbs for light assistance and mobility drills.
• Black: 25–65 lbs for moderate support and higher reps.
• Purple: 35–85 lbs for heavier assistance during skill work.
• Green: 50–125 lbs for maximum support and banded strength lifts.

What makes LEEKEY bands different from cheaper TPE sets?

LEEKEY uses synthetic rubber instead of budget TPE to give smoother stretch and greater longevity. The material choice reduces stiffening in cold environments and helps the bands retain even resistance after months of regular workouts.

• Synthetic rubber resists cracking and tearing under heavy daily use.
• Consistent elasticity that holds up through repeated loading cycles.
• Designed to avoid the brittle feel TPE can develop in cold weather.

Can this set replace a full home gym for strength and mobility?

While not a replacement for heavy free weights, this kit covers an extremely wide range of exercises for strength, conditioning, and flexibility. Use the bands alone or combined with bodyweight and dumbbells to add variable resistance for squats, presses, deadlifts, rows, and corrective mobility work.

• Supports compound moves: squats, deadlifts, bench press variations.
• Assists bodyweight skills: pull-ups, dips, push-up variations.
• Great for mobility, stretching, and rehab programming.

How portable and user-friendly is the set for travel or small spaces?

The complete kit fits into a small carry case that slips into a gym bag, suitcase, or desk drawer, making it easy to train on the road or at home without bulky equipment. The included manual shows exercises and band pairings so you can pick appropriate resistance quickly.

• Compact carry case for easy transport and storage.
• Clear user guide with exercise examples and resistance suggestions.
• Durable bands designed to withstand frequent packing and use.

Who is this for? This LEEKEY resistance band set is aimed at trainees who want a compact, long-lasting kit for pull-up progressions, strength maintenance, and mobility work—people training at home, travelers, physical therapy patients under guidance, and gym users who need versatile resistance options without buying multiple tools. If you value durability, consistent resistance, and a broad resistance range from light assist to heavy support, this set is a practical, travel-ready solution.
